He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly.
