My wife and I love Denny's and we visit them often when on the road. This particular Denny's fell out of line. The food was good as usual but the service was horrible. For starters I ordered coffee and the server ran off before I could ask for creamer. We waited for a while trying to get someone's attention. Finally my wife had enough and got up and walked over to another server for some creamer. While the salads were being served our server was whispering something to another server. Good food, poor service. Went in for breakfast, it was not busy so my husband and I sat ourselves, the waitress was rude, my husband got upset and went to ask her if she she was upset we were there, she responded that she was not feeling well. Afterwards she kept asking if we were ok. We noticed that other waitresses brought water and creamers to the tables when they ordered their drinks, we did not even get water offered, had to ask for creamers too. Not good. Food was so so. A simple chicken sandwich was falling apart. Service was really slow. Bathrooms were dirty and stunk. Floors and booths need to be cleaned. Basic up keep and cleanlyness is poor. We were on our way home on an rv trip. We will not be stopping again. read more

No discounts applied. When I asked the server if my meal could be discounted she stated "I'd need to talk to my manager" and walked away and didn't come back. Husband and I were on our way home from a wonderful vacation from Northern Minnesota and decided we would stop at Dennys for breakfast...we were seated and host brought us coffee and that was the last time we saw any staff from this restaurant we waited for over 10 minutes for a server to take our order...NO SERVER we saw a couple come in and were seated and not even 5 minutes later were greeted by a server and there order was taken!!! we were quite angry that we were ignored and we walked out!!! we have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before...called manager to complain and was told he was sorry and should not have happened and for our bad experience we will be sent some coupons...not real sure if that will really make things right.... read more

Horrible service. The waitress was just putting on a fake smile just to get a tip out of us. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 skillets and we wanted our eggs sunny side up. And they were way over done. We got the blackberry pancake puppies and they were burnt. She passed our table 10 or so times and asked maybe 2 times if everything was alright. We didn't have the heart to tell her that the food was horrible. I wouldn't go here and waste your money. Go somewhere else with better food and service. She couldn't even strike up a conversation. my cheese burger tasted like paint, it was really sloppy. the chicken strips were good but a little over cooked. their wasn't too many people in their but lots of workers and a 15-20 minute wait. their was also a lot of dust and flys around us while waiting to be served. over all it wasn't gross but could've been better. read more

Do not go this place is always a disappointment. Went on Christmas night on our way home roads were bad and wanted to get off to take a break. Waitress was super loud and annoying when conversating with the manager and cook. I understand it was Christmas but please if your going to be that loud and annoying please go in the back. We just wanted a break from the roads and it was more overwhelming sitting listening to their loud conversation while waiting to place our order. Went to Denny's with a group of 10. It was not busy. Four in our group got their food 35 minutes after ordering. When they had finished their food and the rest of us had not even received ours some 15 minutes later, I asked the waitress when our food would be out. I was given some excuse about how the cooks do the orders, which made no sense since we all ordered at the same time!!! I also had to search down the waitress to get more coffee. Asked to talk to the manager who never did come to our table. Waited 10 more minutes and then three of us walked out without getting our food. I've been to this location twice and both times I've received piping hot food and good service. The service this last time was exceptional. Our server (I think her name was Patty) was phenomenal. Quickly took our order, apologized when there wasn't the requested BBQ sauce and checked on us several times. The place was packed and we still had a great experience. I live nearby but don' go here often. Decided to give it another try today for breakfast. It was after 10 AM so not especially busy. Our server worked a section with about 14 tables and was bussing her own tables. She ran her tail off and was friendly but obviously frustrated that the hostess continues to put more people in her section. We waited a long time for her to come take our order. We got our coffee but it was not hot and although we asked for water, it didn't come until we were almost done with our meal. She was too busy to come refill our coffee. Our food came lukewarm as it likely sat in the window for awhile before she had a chance to deliver it. We got one refill of our coffee and this time it was hot. She came by once and asked if all was OK but walked to the next table without looking at us or allowing us to answer. I remember now why we don't go there often.
