This place is normally good. Been coming for a decade, still will, but I feel this is important enough for management to take notice. If something seems unclear ??? Ask ? Ordered chicken fried steak, brown gravy in mashed and corn. Simple staple one would think. Ordered it the exact same way several times without a glitch. We get home, I've got fried chicken steaks ? patty's ? With brown Garvey all over them. Hmmmmm, Chicken fried steak as I know it comes with breakfast gravy and contains beef. Brown gravy on the mashed shouldn't have thrown that off. That wound have been the next question, what kind of gravy on my potatoes. Communication breakdown to the cook ? Or the hostess ? Changing the menu was the worst thing Denny's corporate could have done!!! I use to enjoy going to Denny's, until some moron changed the menu!!! What Yuppie Jack hole thought they needed a change. I wouldn't serve this new menu to a dog, let alone any of my friends!!! No soup choice, No Seniors menu, except for the "new" one that has been cut by at least 70%. I ordered the spaghetti diner, and ended throwing half away because it was way to much!!! The original Seniors spaghetti diner was just the right size and price! But Nooooooooo, Corporate wants to change things!!! More customers lost, that's what their change did!!! Might as well just lock the doors and sell out!!! You have on the menu!!! read more

I didn't have Yelp before this encounter but after bearding what I heard I had to download it. Now this isn't about the food or service because I didn't expect the food to be good since of course it is Dennys and I at first wasn't having any problems at all. However I heard one of the cooks being very very racist to one of the servers here who was African American. This man should be fired and shouldn't work in restaurants if he thinks he can talk to a woman and much less anybody the way he talked to her. Very disappointed. Service here is horrible. Especially if your host/waiter is Luis. That guy has preferences. He's Hispanic and shows preference toward Caucasian's. My family and I are Hispanic and he gave us the worst treatment ever. He gave us looks and basically said "what do you want" instead of showing a friendly and great, positive customer service. Sad to say that I won't be coming here again thanks to this Luis guy. Honestly hope he gets fired soon. People that don't know how to give customer service shouldn't even deserve to be working in a place like this where it's required to smile and give good service. read more

Came in tonight with my wife and kids. We were greeted and seated by a smiling hostess. Drinks were offered and served immediatley. Our server was very attentive and professional (David). The manager at night (Kelly) was wonderful, stopping by often to check on us. The food portion was large, served hot and reasonably priced. I fed my whole family (of 5) for under $40 - dessert included! The restrooms were very clean. Our whole experience was delightful and we will definitley be coming back here. read more

Grabage. I asked for a simple coke but apparently it takes 20 minutes to fill the cup. The service was horrible and slow. It took 30 minutes just to make pancakes and they didn't even cook my eggs right. After eating here I went home and was stuck in the bathroom for almost an hour My friends food was under cooked and he even had food poisoning. Great location across the mall very clean on the inside lots of space to park your car on the outside. We ordered a burger and a steak along with some fries and everything was cooked to Perfection and tasted great. they were busy but the food came out in a timely manner. The general manager Sam did a great job checking on us and making sure everything is ok so you can tell he's someone who cares about this business. So there was this guy cook and he was yelling at a server, If I recall correctly he called her an idiot.(This was a woman server btw)I don't that it was appropriate to be doing this especially In front of others or in public. This guy should be talked to face to face with the manager. Also the server should get a written apology from this guy. An apology In general should be given to her. I've been a regular here for quite some time. I come in often with my friends for dinner and the food and service are always great. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from. I usually order breakfast for dinner... this place has the BEST pancakes. I love that the staff recognizes me and even calls me by name! You have to try their new lava cake. Today I once again went to this exact same Dennys and I heard one of the cooks screaming at a server, I believe his name was Juan or something but he was calling the server an idiot.
