Had lunch here with my son. Our waitress was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile, and was very attentive to us during our lunch. The burger and fries were so delicious, and fresh. It was a rainy Monday morning and went here for brunch. It's quite accessible and parking is ok. We were able to get a table right away. I liked the food, got myself a fit slam I think is what it's called: egg whites with spinach, fresh fruit, biscuits and turkey bacon. Our wait staff attentively checked on our coffee for refills. However towards the end the wait staff wasnt quite easy to locate, not sure if they were understaffed. We had to wait a few minutes to get water and our bill. read more

I come here very frequently, have for years. I repeatedly called for over 10min for a to go order. I googled, you were open. Drove here calling the entire time. Get here, your phone is on silent. I'm told there is no manager, no supervisor, nobody for me to talk to. I've been in the service industry for over 13 years. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is nobody to talk to me about your phone being on silent. I've never had a problem in the past where I needed to talk to somebody. I love you guys, so I'll give you a 5 anyways, since this is the first time. My food has never been messed up, service has always been great ecspecially considering how busy and under staffed you usually are. I think very highly of this Denny's, and this is such a great disappointment that there is nobody around to handle this situation. read more

I'm not a big Denny's person, but considering there weren't many other options this was the place we choose. This is probably the best Denny's I've ever visited! The service was perfect, the food was actually really delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive when dealing with our table of 6. She refilled our coffees, gave everyone water, and brought a pot of cream when we asked for more. All of our orders came out correctly too! The food was actually really good. I say 'actually' because it's inexpensive food from a diner joint; it's not a fancy place. However, I ordered a turkey burger and it was really really good! Juicy and flavorful! My family and I went to this location last night at 9:47 pm after my nephew's graduation. We had a party of 18 people. After I told the waitress she asked the manager if they were able to accommodate our large group. The manager started yelling from the kitchen that they didn't prep enough food and they weren't even taking Uber Eats orders let alone serve us. Talk about unprofessional and disgraceful to turn away business. Who does that?! Not to mention they said they didn't have enough room for us when not even a quarter of the restaurant was full! Shame on this Denny's! I'll never visit this restaurant again. They need to fire the manager on duty for representing their establishment in such a negative way. read more

Excellent service starting with the hostess Kinya, who was very gracious. The server Jade gave us perfect service. The food was delicious- I got a chicken and mushrooms with Alfredo sauce and broccoli (substituted the rice for the mashed potatoes). Super yummy with the toasted dinner bread (garlic I think).. Showed up with a group of 18 at 9:45pm. Was rudely turned away by the some lady yelling from the back of the kitchen (assuming she was the manager). Unprofessional you ask me, telling her staff to tell us "uh uh, we can't serve that party, we aren't even accepting Uber Eats." As we sat in the waiting area trying to figure out where to go next, I can clearly hear the staff asking each other why our party was still there. Lady yelling from the back explained that they don't prepare enough food this late in the evening. Yet as we waited around I certain that I counted 24 customers seated after we showed. We went to this Dennys after our son's football game on Saturday, October 10th. Our server was Ashley. What a phenomenal server! I'm also in the service industry so I feel I know a good server when I see one. The food was good. The host accommodated us with a larger table as we ran into our family friends whom we wanted to sit with. The only downside was the entrance to the parking lot.(Corporate Issue rather then restaurant issue). We were not from the area and parked in another lot due to not locating the parking entrance. I went to this Denny's on Washington Avenue and I had the Philadelphia cheese steak omelette it was one of the most phenomenal omelets I've eaten in years very tasty very tender steak very filling delicious and wheat pancakes are awesome and the toast was not saturated and spongy with butter, I am very surprised I don't ever remember Denny's being this good I will go back again and again for this omelet the only downside was the waitress was a bit sloppy and a tad slow read more

I was there recently and I was about half way done with my burger and noticed the bun was bright blue with mold. The server was accommodating about taking it away quickly and comping the meal, but never saw a manager!! Stopped in for breakfast this morning with my husband and in-law. The service was horrible- slow to take our food orders and even longer wait for the food to arrive. upon the arrival of our breakfast, the food was not hot. The eggs were luke warm at best but cold potato,pancakes,omlettes, bacon and sausage..I was really upset but decided that I will NEVER return to this location for any meals.
