By far best Denny great customer service and on point with refills, try to get jimena as your host

This place sucks ass, just take everyone's advice and don't come here. Food sucks, service sucks, super slow, management sucks. Workers got mad when my sausage was pink and had attitude the rest of our visit. Thanks for making me waste money on shitty food. Harambe would be disappointed. RIP.. update about a year or 2 later: service still sucks ass, the workers are all rude as hell wtf lol read more

Manny was a good waiter and very attentive of his tables. I always get the Santa Fe skillet and it was just so good. The environment was clean and overall a good experience read more

Went to eat here last night and the food was ok, but the service was great! The vibe was a cool vibe and chill! Had 2 lady's and a man I think supervisor made sure we had everything we needed and took good care of me and my family I appreciate that read more

3 reasons why [A customer original] 1. Got my order cold and wrong (missing ingredients) 2. Asked for a new one and recieved the same on, just heated up. I salted my messed up order like crazy and thats how i know i got the same fucked up shit. 3. Servers are deceptive and lied about the food being new. There 3 reasons not to go. Dont even try going here. Its terrible.. read more

Though, we had a really big party DONALD came and took take care of the group having a positive attitude and always asked if we needed anything. Furthermore, everything was great with Donald as a server!!! read more

I will never set foot at Denny's on 1425 Nogales again we waited 2 hours for our food there were hardly any people in the restaurant they were doing all the to go orders and making all the dine-in wait. read more

Thank you to Lindsey our waitress who was super nice and quick customer service, definitely would come bank . They got the best pancakes!

Michelle was very nice and checked on our table when she was available. She is the definition of excellent customer service .

Would not recommend. Service was awful and the food was horrible. Go to a Corkys or Brandon's instead

Nice, today, clean, and welcoming. Our greeter (as well as server) Lindsey, was polite, informative, patient. Gave us options and pointed out other choices we could make. She was very attentive, always had a smile and a sense of humor. Personality and politeness all around wholesome. The Manger was also there helping and checked on us. Served me coffee immediately when I asked and was also very polite and professional. Overall welcoming experience with haste to serve. The food was very good too. Mmm read more

Manuel attended me this morning his service was amazing very attended and nice would come back again.

Waiter Jorge was great his customer service was good. The food was good. The restaurant was very nice and clean.

Our server jorge was amazing brought out food perfectly and super sweet will come back defenetly

My server Cintia was awesome and so kind. Highly recommend. Go get some pumpkin pancakes!

We came for a late night meal with friends and both servers failed to greet us and seat us in a timely manner. There was only two tables occupied in the whole restaurant and they kept us waiting for over 40 minutes standing with no update whatsoever. this location has been going down hill due to its poor trained staff. I hope they change soon otherwise the owner will face closure eventually. The attitude we received was very hostile; we will never come back until this issue is resolved. read more

Food portion is small, food quality is not good enough. I ordered sunny-side up eggs, the egg white almost not cooked. Food preparation time is long. Today we wait almost half hour to get our food. read more

Bad service. Manager tonight on the heavy side not running shift properly. Chatting it up with 1 specific customer while my daughter didn't get her food. Waitress didn't put her order in while restaurant was practically empty, no excuse. We received 1 cup of coffee and didn't get offered a refill. No tip. read more

Just found it a little funny how they didnt seat a party of 2 right away due to "full tables" however a couple behind asked for a table of 2 and got seated right away. Is it because we weren't Caucasian enough for them ? read more

The food was good and came quick it late but still upbeat but not packed the server was really nice and brought us waters her name Deja B

Deja bu was fast and good server recommending this place.....good food steak was beautifully cooked .. 5 stars

I'm only doing this review because to my surprise your server Deja Bu was exceptionally amazing... I have not had this much attentive service at a restaurant, well ever... I will definitely come back for her amazing service and smile again... read more

Horrible service. Arrived at 1045am with a party of 12. Was advised by the lady at the desk that the time would be about 10-15 mins. 30 minutes later we were still not seated. We approached her and she then stated that she never said it would be 10min, correcting herself she said she mentioned it would be 20min. We got seated about 10 min after. Our drinks were not taken until 10 min after we were seated. It's now 12:16 and we yet have no food!!! Our waiter at no given time never came back with the status on our order. Staff not pleasant, horrible service! Btw I was forced to rate this with a star, otherwise this comment would lot post.... read more

This was so bad. My eggs were cold, my bacon was cold. My friend ordered a steak skewer skillet and it was cold and burnt. How is that a possible combination? Our other friends order quesadillas and they were literally just tortillas. The older guy waitress is good but the younger Hispanic girl (Ashley) was horrible, she made people order food or they had to get out of the restaurant. DO NOT COME HERE PAST TEN P.M! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! BETTER FIRED THAT Graveyard SHIFT CHEF. He can't cook for sh*t. And that's me saying as a fellow chef... You guys need to look carefully on who you hiring. read more

Excellent service from our server Manuel! Had breakfast on a busy Sunday and Manuel was extremely attentive and served our meal exactly the way it was ordered! read more

Good food! Waiter was super nice and courteous. Food came within a good time as well.

I ordered off their side menu cuz it was past midnight and I didn't want anything heavy. I ordered cheese hash browns and scrambled eggs with cheese. I ate half the hash browns and found something dark in it. I look closer and it was a BUG!!! A dead bug... great, I already ate half. It looked like a baby cockroach. I tell the waitress and she she's like "oh, do you want another one or take it off" like it's no big deal. And I'm like "no take it off. I couldn't even eat the rest of my eggs. Lost my appetite. And when I go to pay, I'm like "why is eggs with cheese costing $6. Why am I charged twice?". On the menu said $1 and something cents and of course with cheese. And I didn't know she went ahead and gave me two orders of eggs when I asked for one. I can't tell it's two when it's scrambled. So I'm like "wth". So I pay it cuz I'm like "fine whatever it's just 2 eggs...". But damn?!! $7 for 2 eggs?! Wtfuhhhhh. It better be organic eggs from happy free chickens or something! I'm NEVER going back to this Dennys again with my group of friends. Disgusting bugs. Where's the no-star button when you need it? read more

I feel badly about this review because I saw everyone there working hard but it all comes down to the service received and it unfortunately was very bad. I'm not sure if it is this busy on a daily basis but today Sunday was pretty bad. We went to a restaurant before coming here that had a 50 min wait and because I had my newborn and 2 year old and it was raining I decided to go elsewhere so this is where we ended up. We arrived and saw people outside and figured it would be a little bit of a wait but not as bad. I signed up and the girl said approximately about 25 minutes to sit so we waited outside as the inside area to wait in was jam packed. It was about 40 minutes when we sat. Once we ordered it took about another 40 minutes to get our food. My poor toddler was already starving and she was crying. A young girl worker noticed and brought her more crayons and a kids menu to color on and that helped a little. Again, everyone was working so hard, I could see it. Even the little youngsters working there hehehe. But if you're thinking about going to eat on a Sunday and don't want to wait too long I don't suggest coming here. All the workers were so attentive and nice considering the busy crowd. No one was rude, everyone was polite and I can tell they themselves felt bad about the long wait. I suggest perhaps maybe having more cooks on busy days like this because I almost felt like walking out. Anyway, two stars for now. BTW the food also was still presentable and yummy despite the super busy day. read more

This was Fathers Day and I was prepared to wait after church we went here for breakfast, it was so disappointing, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, there was nobody else waiting to even be seated so I'm not sure what the holdup is, when the food came the pancakes were cold my daughter had to send her whole plate back, only reason they're getting 2 stars is the manager was so nice she comped the bill. The food was mediocre place wasn't that clean will not go back there again like I said the manager was very nice. read more

This place smells like fart. The only people who go here are employees who have gone noseblind to the smell and people who enjoy the familiarity of a pigsty. The chef must think he works at Outback, because my girlfriend's sausage came medium rare. Let me tell you about my spaghetti and meatballs. It had 3 meatballs each with a light layer of marinara sauce. No, it didn't cover the spaghetti, it didn't even connect the meatballs with any sauce in the center, just 3 sad lonely meatballs. The hostess is either the Manager or a really lazy employee that all the other employees hate for pretending to work when she really does nothing. If she is the manager, she's setting a really bad example. I don't think I've heard a phone ring this long without anyone to pick it up since the 90's. read more

I don't even know which server to complain about since I NEVER got any attention. What a great experience to drive 3 miles since this was the closest Dennys, get stuck in traffic and trying to start a day off right and just be IGNORED. It's Denny's I don't need that much time to decide my order. I didn't even get ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT or was even asked a drink order after seated. The one server I was able to get just brushed me off and cleaned 2 tables. Walked out and never coming back. Maybe the server though we would like to spend our entire morning there like the Senior Citizen breakfast rush which already had their orders and enjoying their breakfast. Update: Went to Denny's on Grand, usual great experience there! read more
