We always come here, maybe 2 to 3 times a week. It's the first time we have been served by Lindsey. The 3 of us agree that she was the most attentive server we ever had. For more than 5 times, she asked us if we were okay. She is definitely an asset to this restaurant. read more

First OFF, I rated this establishment 3 stars- simply cause their MANAGEMENT here is GREAT! *Their staff is decent. I've been here only twice, and those two times I've had male servers, the first gentleman was very attentive. the second was not so much, probably cause it was busier and he had 3 tables to service? he made my mixed pucker drink really syrupy and without the little clear stake prop w/lime in there, which made the drink look cheap and lazy. (Not a big deal, but I'm the type of person who is particular about things like that) Well, the food here is not great, the toast was CRUNCHY. and toast is not supposed to taste chips. it is late so bare with me here while i try to recollect what I've ordered before.. it is some type of sizzler plate with eggs on top? it came out hot but only on the inside. the outside was cold. so i knew that had been sittin out under the lap before it was brought out. it was OK cause the meal was hot(on the inside). bacon pieces were not crispy, but more on the hard side. *I dined in around 10pm on a Saturday night, Not busy and not slow. i asked to change my drink cause of they syrupy taste. *the server agreed with no hesitation. *I decided to have a coke instead, after 3, 4 sips of it i notice in my ice cube was some sort of white hard piece that would NOT fall off. so i take my spoon, dig it in my drink and scoop that half cube out. so WHEN I posted my photo on here i did not know what that was, so disregard the shrimp comment.. cause really in person it looked like raw shrimp!!! so my boyfriend asked to talk to the manager, and he comes and we ask what is on the ice ? not only that but other pieces of it was floating in my drink. he immediately calls on it. "Its from the straw, by the color i can tell" SO we show him our straw wrapper, IN PRISTINE condition, then he says it may be from someone accidentally dropping it in the ice maker. SO he doesn't charge for the drinks, offers us a substitute, and is really apologetic. which personally is great management which aside from the less than average food is a huge plus for them. -we order the same drinks and then we see another chunk of paper, or whatever floating in the drinks.. -we just go to the register and pay for our meals, and we then tell him again that there is still debris in there.. he was stunned, asked if we wanted a drink with NO ICE to go. so we agreed. HE immediately tells one of his employees to remove all the ice, and clean it out.. in front of us. i felt bad cause the guy was looked at us while he was grabbing a bucket, but hey.. i saved ya guys from drinkin' pieces of unknown droppings! all-in-all 2 Hours later, I AM STILL HUNGRY. Service was horrible. I had to clear my own plates after flagging down waiter Rene to get a refill after eating my meal. Asked him to clear it-gave me my drink still didn't clear it. I just moved the plates to the next table. Waiter never checked up on me until I flagged him down and there more than enough waiters (2 on shift) being that only two tables were taken. Once food is dropped off-dont expect any contact more contact until you are ready to pay your bill. read more

I go to this place another Day, it suck, not happy with my bacon , they give me two very small bacon .. Jesus!! And extra pancakes extra $2 it's supposed to be free pancakes i saw on the add for dine in only, but now Corona it's supposed to be free 2 pancakes instead charged me $2 and I asked extra plate they said they don't have it and i ask 3 extra utensils they said only one because you're order one item.. duh but i order xtra two pancakes .. jesus !!! My parents went to have lunch there today and someone sat them down but never bothered to take their order. They didn't have customers. After waiting a while my mom went to see if anyone was going to help them and she saw the staff talking and the person that sat them down was busy eating. My parents decided to walk out because obviously no one was going to help them and when my dad looked back at the girl that sat them she looked at him and laughed. I hope the customer service gets better before they end up with no customers. read more

Denny's is just Denny's, you know what you're getting into and you either like it or you don't. I have fond memories in Denny's at 2am in the morning, so I'll always have a soft spot. The utensils at most Denny's are usually dirty and I often get mugs with crusted lipstick stains on them-- something that used to disgust me but is now the allure of Denny's to me. The server was great at Denny's but the cashier was horrible. My wife and I love eating at Denny's and went to this location rather the one on 7th Ave by the 60 since we were closer. Got seat right away, got our food relatively quick and server checked on us regularly but when it came time to pay, the cashier was standoffish. He was helping some older Hispanic gentleman and spent a quick a bit of time helping him use the CC machine and I just waited. Didn't care too much. The cashier looked at me a few times so I thought he was just acknowledging me that he'll help me after he helps the older gentleman. After about 5-7 minutes of finally getting his card go to through, the cashier stared at me for a couple seconds and walked away. He went to talk to some other servers and carried a few dishes to clean off a table while never looking back. Keep it mind that the busy morning service was pretty much gone as I was waiting to pay so no one was waiting to be seated while I stood there. After about 4 minutes, he returns, doesn't say a word as I paid. Paid my bill and literally walked away placing my receipt in front of me and not in my hand as I reached out to grab the receipt. I do not know what his problem was but seemed like he was having a bad day, frustrated, did not like me or any other reason people can think of. Never going back to that location and rather spend my time and money at the location on 7th Ave. (This visit was like over a month ago and realized I never posted this.) read more

Our server Jimena was really nice and gave us exceptional service. This Dennys is better than any of the others I have been to.

Our waitress was very nice. Food was delicious and had a very good time at this place. Was very cool.

I will not coming back again to this place for sure!! If i can give away zero stars i would!!! I warned you to consider not to choose this Denny's location for your dining. The service is sucks!!The waitress give you a nasty look as soon you order the Promotion menu (Beyond Burger) though we ordered with drinks and sides orders. She change her attitude after we asked her if she had a problem with our orders. we respect her no matter what but she should treat her customers better. From her face you can read all over her attitude as if we came just for a free food! Its an open Promotion for sake and National wide open advertisement! and we did paid for any other food we ordered anyway. The Beyond burger promotion is just Ok, nothing special and taste just mediocre. The Price tag they put on that burger is like a joke!not worthy at all! and with this low valued of customers service they provide, they should be just serve themselves first so they know! I would give this place a 0 but I can't so I give them a 1. To start off the restaurant was dead-- it was Valentine's Day during lunch time and there was no one there. We told the waitress felicia/felissa that we wanted to order appetizers first and then food. Well, after she dropped of our appetizers she took off and never even gave us the chance to put in our order-- prior to that we had ask for some creamer for our coffee and she never brought that either. I would see her chatting it up with who knows who but she never turned our way to see if we needed anything until finally we made eye contact and I flagged her down. It still took her forever to acknowledge that I had called her and had sent her manager. This lady was the rudest person I have encountered in such a long time-- it's as if I had bothered her. Anyway, I had put in my order with her and her responses were so short like I had to make her talk to me in order for me to order. And I had also asked her for a side a ranch. Of course the ranch never came and my order was brought by our original waitress in which I had asked her for the ranch--She brought the ranch but the whole entire time it seemed like it was a chore for her to come like it wasn't a part of her job to come and check up on us. Anyway, when we went to pay we noticed that she charged us 3.50 for water, but they charged it as a coke-- and didn't bother to change it after we brought it to their attention. Whatever. We are never coming here again. Also, the whole entire time we were there the manager was too busy flirting with this guy that was sitting on the counter eating..... maybe she was trying to fit in her valentine date at work... read more

Nice, today, clean, and welcoming. Our greeter (as well as server) Lindsey, was polite, informative, patient. Gave us options and pointed out other choices we could make. I came in here today on Christmas day, and I wanted to write this review for everyone working today. Being short staffed on any shift is terrible, but on a holiday it is magnified. The team here did an amazing job, stayed professional the entire time despite the god awful hand of cards they were dealt.
