Wow, this is the most unfriendly Denny's I've ever been in. The hostess/ cashier is barking at all the customers. She is curt and very unwilling to help the customers. We asked for sugar and said ask your server who was nowhere in sight. She then told me she had to seat people but would bring some back personally. Never brought sugar but the man behind us overheard and gave us some. One of the servers only added to the mix by telling her not to let the customers sit where they preferred if the offered seat was not preferable. The chaos in that Denny's this morning was so evident that the atmosphere was uncomfortable at best. My husband and I just wanted to finish our breakfast and leave. We will not go back . read more

It's good food to eat but I don't recommend going in at night the night crew is awful the floors are always nasty, was in there last night our booth was filthy there where French fries stepped on all over the floor under our table and we found a dirty old fork down there too, our server Derrick has to be reminded about things we order because for the 4th time in a row of having him as a server I had to ask him yet again about the toast for my eggs and when the dirty floors where mentioned he said "do you really think the servers get paid enough to clean the floors cause if you do your mistaken" overall the food isn't bad but avoid Derrick cause he sucks and avoid the night crew in general.. read more

Love going somewhere to eat and while you're parking noticing a group of employees outside smoking, which is fine take a break no big deal... Whole parking lot reeked of marijuana and having our server smell like marijuana throughout our meal was wonderful and to top off our wonderful experience the table/Restaurant was filthy,our server was rude and inattentive for the most part and our food came out cold 20 mins later she still hadn't returned so we just paid and left. I hate that I have to give this place even 1 star, if I'm to be totally honest... They don't even deserve to be rated with no stars, they deserve negative stars, if anything. (I know that's not a thing here on Yelp, but for this place I think they should consider making an exception!) The same woman who is one of the main managers there always cooks and she won't hire any other cooks for the position. If any apply, she just sticks them on dish duty forever. It's really sad. They've been trying to hire cooks for several years and so far she is still the one doing it, even though she acts like she hates her job. She's not a good cook either. This has gone on for years and I've seen more than enough of it. I've been coming here since this place was just a Shoney's, decades ago, so I know a lot about it. I used to be a regular customer. It's no wonder this place is failing now. Where do I even begin? Most of the waitstaff seem very broken down and like they hate life. They go about with frowns and scowls. No one ever seems to smile in this place, so if you're looking for friendly service, then you are much better off going elsewhere. They always have an apologetic attitude about the food, but claim it's the management's fault and not theirs. Which is probably at least somewhat true, and probably explains why they hate their jobs so much too. It would be nice if someone would finally step up and take responsibility for the poor quality of everything here though. The last time we went here, our waitress was so embarrassed about the food they had to serve. I felt bad for her, but I wish they could at least TRY to give service with a smile. That's basic for any business to do well. As for the food itself, it is served ice cold most of the time, IF it is served at all. Good luck getting your order right. There is a 9/10 chance that it will not be what you ordered at all. If it is, then chances are it won't be cooked right or will be ice cold when it gets to your table, or a mixture of these things. And the wait is terrible, even when they aren't very busy at all. Most of the food is microwaved, and badly, at that! This place seems to have NO standards for their food or their service whatsoever. We ended up getting our meal for free because they knew how bad it was. Which is the only thing I could even commend them for. But I have had lousy food and service here many times and still had to pay. I wish it was a better quality than this. All I can say about this place is that it is sad and pathetic. I am not going back to this place ever. I am completely done giving it extra chances. This place just needs to close their doors for good and be done with it! GO NEXT DOOR TO BOB EVAN'S. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I will never be dining at this restaurant again. The service was absolutely horrendous and has completely ruined my night. Our server was Kayla. Another curly-headed fat blonde girl was even more rude than our actual server. She was the most miserable looking person I've seen in my life. My family & I stood in the lobby for a while before being acknowledged, waited way too long for drinks, were not checked on through out the meal, and multiple times we watched our server go over to the miserable blonde girl and blatantly talk about our table RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. The blatant lack of respect and customer service is baffling. Not to mention the poor quality of food and horrible cleanliness inside the restaurant. The manager Lu was extremely sweet, but clearly cannot manage her employees. Kayla, is it that hard to even fake laugh at a customer's joke? We decided to take our kids to go eat the other night. Usually we don't take them out that late as we have a few younger ones. But I'm so glad we did. Tiffany that works the 2nd shift was actually working on her day off. At first we were told by a gentleman it would be a 15 minute wait. Well Tiffany came in and looked at us and said follow me. She was so pleasant and very friendly. She right away made sure that the kids were set up. I have never had severe from anyone before like we had from Tiffany. This lady is amazing. She kicked butt that night. I seen her and heard her go above and beyond not just for my family but everyone that walked in. Hands down she made our experience at Denny's absolutely the best. I would go back on the days she works and request her every time. U have one dedicated working in Tiffany. She truly treats everyone with the upmost respect and makes sure u r taking care of. So on top of things. I swear this lady could run that whole place by herself. We made sure she knew how much we appreciated her. I know it's a restaurant but man if only everyone had the attitude like Tiffany. I just want to say Thank u again and I pray GOD blesses u cause u deserve it. read more

Better off going to Bob Evans next door. Came in with party of six. Waiter took order and provided water. Waited for 35 minutes; not once did waiter come back to the table to acknowledge status of food, if table needed refills, other beverages etc. Finally had to approach manager (Jack?) and show him phone timer (35 minutes elapsed before anyone came back to table; no food status, and more so, no food!). Food finally did arrive and some entree's were hot, others had been visibly been sitting out and were cold. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Shame as I have dined at many Denny's within Florida and Georgia and had good experiences. Not sure what the problem is with this location (poor management, poor training, staffing, etc). One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Denny's or any other restaurant. After the initial tea and water order, it took over 20 minutes for a different server to come by because we had to flagged down a different server waving our arms, to place an order. The initial server either ignored us or forgot about us. After that it took another half hour+ to get a couple of sandwiches. And they weren't even that busy and the sandwiches we're not even that good. They tasted old, like 2 days old. Also we asked the server for some napkins and it took almost 20 minutes to get something as simple as napkins . I actually had to get up and go and request them again. The lack of customer service , responsiveness and care that those two waitresses exhibited and lack of eye contact or table service to see how we were doing was unbelievable. Not a lot to say good about this place. If you like cold food, fake managers, and rude employees then this is the place for you! Come tour the inside where they will make you feel unwanted and uncomfortable. The waitress training came from episodes of the Chappell show pop copy skits. She messed up our order so bad I would have thought it is a reflection of her second grade teacher teaching her comprehension. You too can be served cups with particles in it and if that's not good enough, they will bring you a special cup that is broken from the rim half way down. Their manager don't even know if they are a manager!!! You can be the manager for the day if you want!!!! When I asked she said somewhat, so she was somewhat the manager. When we entered, there were 3 people working the registers. 1 was helping a customer pay. We stood there, and stood there... When the person was done helping the customer... We still stood there. Finally I asked if we seat ourselves. Then she walked over. Not 1 of the 3 even acknowledged us, not even to say hello, or somebody would be right there to help us. THEN we were almost seated at a dirty table, I'M the one that noticed it was dirty. Then she tried another table, also dirty. Finally, we had a clean table. BTW, it wasn't busy. Pros: Very friendly staff, looks nice inside & out, price, popular Denny's Cons: VERY busy location so long wait, looks like the staff is running around with their heads chopped off because of how stressful and crazy it is, and my eggs were cold when I got them. It wasn't a terrible experience, and one way to get out of the long wait is to sit at the bar(that's what my friend and I did). I came to Florida to visit my family for a couple days and we came here for a late dinner after they picked up from the airport. I ordered the chicken tenders dinner with broccoli and french fries and it was amazing. We had a young gentlemen who was our server and he was the sweetest. He made sure our food was cooked how we liked it and made sure our drinks were filled up. I love this Denny's and I used to always come here when I lived in Florida. I eat breakfast here almost every Friday. Good food and great service. I ask for my hash browns crispy and that is the way I get them. My server is almost always Bonnie, and I don't even need to tell her what I want. She makes sure everyone in my group gets what they ordered. The senior meals are all a great deal, and with the AARP discount on whatever I order, it is certainly worth it. read more

Went to Denny's yesterday around dinner time. The place wasn't busy. We were seated quick & the waiter was very good. I chose to have a Grand Slam breakfast for dinner. The eggs scrambled were over cook to the point of being hard. The sausage was cold and under cooked. I couldn't eat them. My wife's toast got to our table 10 minutes after the rest of the food. So rude with the worst service. It's just a Denny's so it's not like we were expecting anything special at all. Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. Server had body odor and made us wait forever to our coffee and never refilled them even after we asked twice. Came in for a late breakfast yesterday, parking lot packed so expected a long wait. To my surprise, the kind greeter had a booth available in front of TV. Gracious pleasant Hispanic waitress took my order, the four-buck slam. Two reasonable pancakes, two scrambled eggs and two sausage links was done right. Do you want more lemonade? No thanks, one big glass was enough. Above and beyond service on a busy morning, they get a medal.
