There didn't seem to be any food options open late near our lodging so this was our only option. We went here and parked in the designated parking lot in back. We walked up the path to enter and place our order. They allowed us to wait inside. Nobody else was there. They were nice and answered all my questions. My friends got the cookies and cream shakes and I was tempted to get one but it was so cold so I didn't. While we waited we played the game to catch a toy but didn't win. I ordered the new and improved chicken recipe (basically chicken tenders), without fries. My friend got the Cali chicken burrito and my other friend got a pancakes meal. It came in a to go box with a layer on top with the pancakes so they didn't get soggy from the rest of her food. The lady was nice about the sauces. I wanted to try two and she was fine with that. My chicken was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure what the new and improved recipe was but I liked it.

But the best part was the food. Generous portions, fresh and everything was tasty. I was raveling but if I was ever back in town, this would s must stop. The decor was excellent, it was very clean and again the service and food were great.

I ordered the tuna melt and he got the chicken Caesar salad. The tuna melt was honestly really good. The sourdough bread was toasted nicely and I loved that crispy layer of cheese on the outside because that is a special tray and my favorite part of any melt sandwich. The tuna salad itself was flavorful. It came with potatoes that unfortunately were probably the only miss for me. They seemed like they were not reheated all the way, so they had that slightly cold, rubbery texture. They also serve this little cucumber and tomato salad on the side that was absolutely delicious and honestly such a nice fresh side to my sandwich. My son wasn't too impressed with the Caesar salad because he said the dressing tasted watery, but other than that everything else he liked - the chicken was flavorful and nicely cooked, the salad was fresh and crunchy. Service and atmosphere were nice. Overall, I would definitely come back for lunch again. Breakfast is also great here, so I would recommend both.

Service was great, told to sit anywhere and promptly given menus. We couldn't decide between breakfast and lunch so we got one of each. My friend got the Phoenix sandwich with fries. I like that you can choose from 4 different sides of fries, soup, salad or fruit. She loved her sandwich and she is a sandwich aficionado. I had the eggs Benedict with hash browns. I asked for them on biscuits instead of English muffins, no problem. They were served with a huge single thick slice of ham that covered both biscuits and eggs. They don't skimp on the hollendaise either, these were the best eggs Benedict I've had in a long time. Eggs were cooked perfectly as well. I'll definitely come back for these. Looking forward to trying other things here.

There's ample parking in the plaza, so it should not be a concern. We went on a weekday morning, so it wasn't crowded but the looking at how at the familiarity between the staff and some of the customers, it seemed like a local favorite. The staff was very sweet, and place seemed very chirpy, the place reminded of a good old diner. All the staff was very sweet. We got the Quintals omelette, and it was my first time trying refried beans in an omelette and it was definitely something we'd try again. We also got French toast with fresh fruits and it was delicious too.

My husband and I stopped by The Breakfast Club on our final morning in town. It was a busy morning,…read moreand while the staff was genuinely friendly throughout our visit, the service coordination and overall meal quality were a bit hit-or-miss. The Experience & Service: There was some noticeable confusion when our meals were served. A food runner brought out my husband's plate first, then turned to me and asked if I had ordered anything. When I told her I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict, she asked if our server had mentioned they were out of it and if I had picked a replacement. He hadn't told me anything of the sort. A few minutes later, our server came by to reassure me my food would be out shortly, bringing a small bowl of fruit to tide me over. My plate did eventually arrive, but the miscommunication up front was a bit awkward. The Food: Crab Cake Benedict: Unfortunately, the dish was just okay. The crab cake itself tasted like a pre-breaded, frozen patty rather than freshly made. Smothered under the poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, it was fine, but nothing special. Omelet & Home Fries: My husband really enjoyed his omelet. However, his side of home fries was a letdown--they weren't cooked through properly and had an off-taste of old fryer oil. Final Verdict: The staff is nice and trying hard during a busy rush, but given the service hiccups and average food execution, I'm not sure we would return if we're in the area again.

They had music playing but not too loud. Waitress continued to check on us through out the meal. The kids pancake was as thick as other restaurants short stack. Bacon was cooked crispy (good in our opinion). My fried rice and linguica was delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly. Wish the linguica was a bit warmer but it was still good. I chose a biscuit and I'm so glad I did, it was huge, tasted fresh and the butter it comes with??? WOW!!!! It was sooo good. Waiter and all of the dates we interacted with were very nice. Food was good, country potatoes were boiled and not fried and not seasoned great, but everything else was diner style and tasted good. Here's the issue on why I'm giving 3 stars: it was Sunday brunch, which I know can be busy and hectic and crazy. They had no host and so when people were coming in when the tables were full, the seating situation was managed poorly. The staff tried to tag team but it didn't work out super well and some people got sat before others who came earlier, simply because they were waiting outside. It was just kind of crazy and personally I think a hostess is an important position you can't just not have. I highly recommend when the diner is at capacity to have a staff member stop what they are doing and focus solely on the hostess stand.
