So we went in on a Sunday , 15 minutes approximately to be seated which wasn't bad because they told us 25 minutes when we walked in. I haven't been back in a long time but the last time I was there it was filthy. There was A TON of food and trash all over the floor and some of it looked days old. There was built up dust and dirt. I've meant to write this review for awhile actually. I did meet my bf here...only because it was late and it was the only 24 hour place open near by that we could hangout at! We would always stop by occasionally because of this until the night we stopped in and literally left without ordering because of how dirty the place was. I hope they fixed this! When going to a big chain restaurant. You have to be prepared to know what to expect and what not to expect. I know that places like this are mainly staffed by teenagers and old disgruntled women who have been working in the restaurant industry their whole life so I keep my expectations to a minimum. But this place was pretty good. Even though it was pretty busy the service was fast and the food was good. The part I really don't like is when you go to pay. The cashier loudly asks you how much tip you want to give. I always considered this to be based on the performance of the server and private and not to be spoken loudly among the crowd that was gathered around waiting to pay. Usually Denny's isn't as bad. But today I ordered my waffle with strawberries and bananas on top however my strawberries tasted like onions. When I asked if my waffle was made fresh the waitress said yes that they are made to order ( that was a lie). My waffle is hard and crumbly and does not taste like anything literally. Our waiter named hector could care less about the service he is providing. Did not check on our table after we received our food. Did not bring syrup or asked if we wanted any sauces once we got our food. Very disappointed. Will not be going back to any Denny's in the future . Unfortunately I've been here twice and must say it wasn't a pleasant experience. The only saving grace is an older waitress who's quite fast and friendly but looks overworked. The other staff and manager leave much to be desired. One of the younger waitresses on her phone even when I walked in. Not even busy and she slacks, manager speaks unprofessionally and other staff seems to just do whatever. The food wasn't the best either but you get what you pay for, no tip the last time I went. When we begin to express concern for about missing our third order we were then questioned by the waiter. He proceeded to print a bill as if we were going to pay for such service. All before this we asked for our drink order to be taken and silverware to be placed on the table. Those simple needs were never met so I asked again and again without any prompt service. 2/11 at 635PM Didnt expect to go to dinner and leave with burns on my husbands crotch! Only 3 people working the front of the house. One hostess, one waiter, and a manager. We get to order drinks from an unidentified waiter and when he brings it back, he is holding two HOT coffees in one hand and a cold shake in the other. He delivers the shake to my child with no problem. Now, instead of use his now free hand to separate the coffees, he proceeds to attempting to juggle it with one hand onto the tabletops as he bends over dramatically like hes watching the bases hit the table to which one cup obviously tips over pouring that steaming hot coffee all down the front of my husband's stomach, lap and entire private area!!! He giggled and said "f**k! Switch tables to that one!" Are you joking? Wait....it gets better! Clearly we cant stay and pay them for a meal while my husband sits wet like he's pissed himself and on our way out we see the manager. I explain what just happened and that his waiter needs to be properly trained on how to serve coffee. The waiter is now repeatedly apoligizing but the manager just starts typing on his computer and never looks up or says a single word. No one was wearing a name tag! The waiter never gave his name! We are getting the burns checked on my husband's private area and my attorney will be assessing the severity of this. We will be contacting corporate. Unbelievable! BEWARE!!! read more

Ordered online through their website, said it'd be ready in 20 minutes so my friend and I headed out to pick up our order. 15 minutes later we're in the parking lot and Denny's is calling. They're out of the meal I ordered and want to know if we wanted something else. No, I didn't, I want to cancel the order. Well, if I want to be refunded I have to cancel it through the online ordering system. The manager walked me through how to try to cancel and I couldn't figure it out so the only other option is to write a note on the receipt that they owe me a meal. Stupid, because they called 15 minutes after ordering and already had my friends meal ready to go so if I chose to add something when they called, we would be waiting and my friends food would be getting cold. If they are out of the meal I want, why would they have started my friends order without calling to see if I want something else so both meals would be ready at the same time? I'm pretty annoyed because Denny's was already a last resort and now I spent $14 on nothing, this receipt is a waste because I won't be returning to such a poorly run restaurant. Another fun thing is when we did get home, the pancakes my friend ordered had a request for syrup on the side. Instead, they forgot syrup all together. We don't have syrup at home. She's eating her pancakes dry. Manager was nice but said she couldn't fix the problem because she's filling in and doesn't know how to give refunds on the online ordering system. Why wouldn't you take down my number and find someone else who can fix it tomorrow? I'm usually pretty understanding but I feel that this restaurant's service is a joke. Definitely not worth going on a Saturday morning super busy and unorganized. We waited about an hour before we got our food and plus the wait for a table. Staff incredibly rude. I understand they're under stress with how busy it is but still shouldn't be treated rudely. On top of that they forgot my husbands plate and had to wait for that. The most disappointing part was that we asked for the military discount and they did not honor it because the our waitress decide to comp the plate she forgot to put in.
