I was there on Friday May 29 with my two daughter's. We were seated immediately as it was not very busy. When our waitress came over and asked us what we wanted to drink she acted kind of put out, we wanted milkshakes. One expects a new restaurant to have it's kinks for the first six months, but the new Denny's in Twin is a CLUSTER Fu(k! I ordered the Fit Slam and the only thing it was fit for was the garbage can, but the real problem here was the ditzie waitresses. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar and received a few judgemental hairy eyeballs from the cluster of waitresses behind the counter. Here at the bar, I had a front seat view of the server station and the chaos and disorder taking place. My server could NOT get any of the order right. I asked for whole wheat pancakes instead of an English muffin. These pancakes were served to me before the rest of the breakfast. They must have been left behind by another table or something because they did not come out of the kitchen- as I watched all of the 'orders up' from my seat at the bar. And the cakes were cold. A few minutes later another order of whole wheat pancakes came up and sat under the warming lights. I told the waitress I believed those were mine and could I please exchange my cold ones. She said she believed those were for someone else and then they continued to sit under the lamp. About five minutes later, another order of whole wheat pancakes appeared on the order out counter. Maybe those were mine. But, my waitress must have gone on break because I never saw her again. I did however, get to eat my cold wheat cakes while I was treated to listening to all the servers talk loudly about their personal lives and complain about other servers stealing their tables, etc. There was one off-duty employee sitting at the bar eating and she kept saying how hungry she was and they just kept bringing her food. The line at the register was about 7 people deep, so I dropped $13 on the counter; the two orders of whole wheat pancakes were still sitting under the warming lights- and I left feeling like I had just been given a collective middle finger by the entire staff at the new Twin Falls Denny's. read more

Horrible service. Cold coffee and cold pancakes. Waited for about half an hour to receive our food. We won't be back.

Food was ok. Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress was really nice and all but they had 3 servers and a bus boy in our section and everybody was confused. Hopefully they fix the situation soon read more

I Choose DENNY"S ! Hey guys , I live here in TF. I go out to eat often. What I have found when ever I have been there is , It is a pretty good Denny's. Like someone else wrote , it is NOT Gourmet. Just short of fast food. It is what it is. That being said.. TF has one of the better Denny's , I travel a lot and feel ok in saying that. If you are older , you know help isn't and never will be again a prideful thing ...its just a job and they get paid not for the job they do but for the fact they even show up on time. NOT EVERYONE , but most. So the Employees of Denny's are just like employees everywhere else. I like Denny's , there food IS good and the people are mostly great. I personally , have not had a bad experience there . LUCKY ? I think not , maybe I am being treated the way I have been because , I try and make them comfortable with me , and not like they are Gum on the bottom of my shoe. I have been there for every shift I think. I love the fact that if I want to eat I can no mater what time of day it is or if I want Breakfast , Lunch or dinner or even just a snack. Went to Denny's last night...this was the first time since it established itself in twin falls. I'm no stranger to chain restaurants, which is typical in twin falls, where's there's no culture in regard to food. I wasn't expecting gourmet, I wasn't expecting anything, really. Being on a lo-carb diet, I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. It came rare. Ordered the steamed broccoli as a side...I could see each side of the 6 florets that were on the plate. The gal with me ordered the chix fried steak with eggs over-medium...eggs came scrambled. Denny's was not busy, mind you. It was 940pm on Tuesday night. No one even asked asked how the meal was until we were finished. The thing they did well was fill the Diet Coke I was drinking...and delivering the tab when we asked. I didn't expect anything going in, but certainly expect more now that I'm out. Will not return. read more

Decent at best. The service is truly hit and miss. We've had nice and on the ball servers and we've also had clumsy and inattentive ones as well. The food is absolutely decent. Not the most amazing of American cuisine in Twin Falls but fills you up for the price point. I go to both Shari's Cafe and here and unfortunately I find neither outweighing the other. read more
