I accidentally turned too soon out of a parking space, and the rear quarter panel hit a cement column. The damage was pretty bad. However, because it's an older car, a rear quarter panel replacement is too expensive and drastic. The other body shop option is to sand down the panel, pull it out, and use body filler and repaint. But I also didn't want any body filler. I decided to do PDR and requested multiple quotes. The vast majority of shops rejected me because there was too much creasing and the damage size was very large. Dent Express was one of the few shops to respond and gave me a very good price and set my expectations of the best that could be done. I made an appointment, and Jeremy was extremely professional. Jeremy is such a solid guy. Had a nasty ding/dent on the driver's door on my Rivian R1S from hitting a low parking guard rail. Unfortunately the damage was on the door line and required more than pulling it with glue. It wasn't worth his time but he tried as much as possible with the least invasive fix first then showed me the results.
