Jeremy is such a solid guy. Had a nasty ding/dent on the driver's door on my Rivian R1S from hitting a low parking guard rail. Unfortunately the damage was on the door line and required more than pulling it with glue. I had a "serious" damage to my car and I was thinking even the best of PDR guys won't be able to handle it. But I figured, let me reach out and see anyway. I couldn't get into contact with my go to PDR guy who I trust so I had to resort to Yelp. After contacting 6 vendors, Jeremy was the only one who is confident that he can do a good job in removing my dents. All the other vendors did not even want to quote me because they felt only a body shop repair can fix the damage due to the body line and double metal in the area of damage. Jeremy did set my expectations though but in my opinion he did better than what I expected! He's a local South Bay as well! Look at my before and after photos and I think he did the best than anyone else if they were to try. A disclaimer is that I do have Paint Protection Film on the paint so it did make it difficult for him or any PDR guy to be perfect vs having the PPF off. In sum, Jeremy must be your go to guy for PDR. Don't hesitate, don't need any other quotes from other vendors. His price is more than reasonable for the skill he has for your car. This is another rave review for Jeremy at Dent Express. If you have any dent repair needs, he is your man. Stop reading and call him up, it's the best advice you'll receive all year. I have a Rivian R1S and it's an amazing SUV but it's proving difficult to stomach repair costs for many of us owners. A small dent in the driver side second door (right over the door hinge) has taken me months to find the right place to repair. An official Rivian certified repair shop quoted me $6,600 to fix. Other PDR shops refused to even try to fix the dent because of the placement over the hinge. I found Jeremy through a fellow Rivian owner who recommended his work. When I sent pictures of my dent, Jeremy was honest and direct, promising to only charge me if he felt the fix was up to his standards, and likely only being able to fix it to 90% of new, but he quoted me $450-650 depending on how many hours he needed. I jumped at the chance because of his 22 years of experience and his candor and honesty felt trustworthy in a field that isn't always forthcoming with the truth. 4 hours of work later, I was astonished to see how well he fixed the dent. If you're like me and you've stared at it for months, you **might** be able to see a tiny imperfection in the door, but to almost anyone else, it looks practically brand new. He only charged me $500.
