And to my horror, when I backed up, part of the front end () of my 2019 Subaru pulled apart. It was still attached, but with small a gap to the side fender. I pulled into Crash Champions. Heather English came out, looked under the car, said I needed to replace the retainer that clipped both pieces together; a $10 part. Within 20 minutes of my pulling into Crash Champions this morning (after the ordered part had arrived), my car was back together looking like new; the service man also re-seated the torn bumper cover above the wheel. Total cost $140. I am thrilled. I cannot recommend this business more highly. I had them do body work on my previous Subaru. I called immediately to let them know and Joey told me there was nothing he could do because his team used the "styrofoam guide" that comes with the emblem and therefore claimed it should be straight. Even after admitting the issue, he refused to fix the poor workmanship unless I paid more money for additional parts to correct their mistake. This was extremely unprofessional, and I'm disappointed that after paying so much, I still left with sloppy work and no accountability. I would not recommend Carsmetics to anyone.

But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.
