New review: My Sienna was "attacked" by one of those posts that "protect" the gas pumps with no step and so is an incredible hazard to vehicles! I cut my turn too tight and creased my sliding door and rear quarter panel, and it deposited yellow paint. The damage involved several compound dents and also, due to the dent there was much increased wind noise when driving on the freeway -:( I was worried... Sean was a magician! Response to Sean: Happy to share pictures in natural light. The iMessage conversation and the video where Sean is cursing. I requested scratch removal on my SUV, which were very minor. Sean showed after back and forth on his time slot. This review will cover both the customer service and the actual work. Customer service: Total disrespect and disregard towards his customers. Visibly rages and becomes frustrated with upfront and genuine questions. Backtracks on his words every time. I have him loudly cursing and yelling in my driveway on camera and video footage. The work: You can save the money and do the touchups and scrape removal yourself, much better than this company or individual can. I am asked to wait 30 days for the paint touch up to cure, for the paint to become smooth and not be an eyesore that it is right now. I will update this review with the results after 30 days. I think he did a good job considering the type of damage I had. I chose him because he specializes in touch-ups, unlike most dent repair professionals who only offer paintless repairs. The dent repair on my Tesla Model 3's door looked good, but what happened after the repair wasn't good. Less than an hour after the dent repair work was done, I got an alarm from my Tesla Model 3 that a door was open. I went to the garage, and checked that all the doors were closed. At that time, I noticed that Sean left the window of the repaired door partially open. My husband turned off the alarm, but soon after, the alarm went off again for the same reason. We went out to check the doors again and saw that even though the repaired door was closed, the Tesla thought it was still open. Then we closed the window of the repaired door and saw that the window was broken - when the door was open, the window remained closed completely - it is supposed to crack open to allow the door to close. I contacted Sean and he said he has repaired hundreds of Model 3s and never saw this problem. Maybe that's true, but I think something happened to my car when he fixed the dents. He said to contact the Tesla Service Center and let him know what they said. After two trips and 4-5 hours of my time, the Tesla service center replaced a broken puddle light and a broken window harness for a total cost of $480. They thought a dent repair could have caused these parts to break. I told Sean about the repairs in a couple of emails, and there was no response from him when I mentioned the repairs. read more

Think twice before hiring, the price may seem better than other repair shops but not worth it. I know he mentioned that the job would not look well but for being a "Dent pro" he really left a lot of outward dents on his finish work. Not only did he charge me for an extra labor fee to take parts off and put back on, he didn't put back the trim cover and back headlight back on. I had to do it myself. Great experience especially for the price. I recently had two dents (one large and one medium) serviced by Sean on my 2013 Scion FR-S. I first requested a quote from Sean and of course I checked out quotes from other businesses as well. I found Sean's quote to be the cheapest so I decided to go with him and I was definitely happy with my results. Upon chatting with Sean, he immediately communicated with me that he would be able to touch-up the dents to make them look 90-95% better. In the first dent that he serviced, I can't even tell that there was a dent there to begin with. In the 2nd dent, although it wasn't completely gone, it's nearly invisible to the eye unless you get real close to stare at it. Backed the upper rear right side panel of my minivan into an overhanging tree trunk/branch while parallel parking. Sean responded quickly to my email and said that "due to the severity of the damage and their location I would only be able to greatly improve them, not remove them completely... you'd be looking at roughly 90-95% better." He was able to come out to my home the next business day (since his work has been significantly reduced by the effects of shelter-in-place). True to his word, he did a great job but not as good as new, initially pulling back the dented areas with a slide hammer and hot glue/plugs, and then drilling a small hole on the other side of the panel (under liftgate) to finally manipulate the body panel from the inside out. It took him just over an hour to do the repair. There's still a visible break in the bodyline, but I see it mostly because I'm looking for it, from behind the car (see photos). He also did some minimal (factory) paint touchup to deal with a couple spots where the paint had been scratched more deeply. I never bothered to go to a body shop, knowing that replacing the panel would've easily cost more than $2000. It was worth the significantly lower $424 I paid to get out a very visible and nasty dent. read more

Terrible after sales experience. if you're looking for touch up paint repair I would recommend researching other vendors. The touch ups ended up with much darker color than the surrounding paint. Sean kept insisting to wait until 30 days for the paint to cure and eventually will change to brighter color. 30 days passed and no change. Finally asked for a photo of the touch up paint bottle he used, for validation with Volvo. It was not the right one according to Volvo, but Sean kept insisting and talked down Volvo as having no experience in touch up paint, even though it's Volvo genuine touch up paint. I applied some up the touch up paint for sampling, and the color did match. I'm planning to redo myself the touch ups. read more
