After informing Farmers Insurance that I planned on using them for the repairs, Basil immediately reached out to me and asked if I could send him photos of the damage so he could order the parts ahead of time - eliminating unnecessary wait time. The morning I dropped my car off, Basil had one of his employees (Jesus) drop me off at Enterprise, which was really helpful. Throughout the entire repair process, Basil was communicative, caring, and professional. When my vehicle was finished being repaired, Basil arranged to have it delivered to me, saving me a trip down to Escondido to pick it up. I couldn't have picked a better repair shop.

I called 2 days later; he said he would send me the estimate by end of the day. Next day, still nothing. I called one more time then gave up. If they won't live up to their word (3 times) to provide an estimate I doubt they would fix the car in a reasonable time frame.

The car was done on time and for the estimated price. Upon picking up the car it looked great outside and inside. Car had been washed, tire black put on, vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. I hope that I don't need them again but would definitely go back if needed. Debbie was very helpful from beginning to end keeping me informed as the job progressed.

Dent EZ Out is a great name because in about ninety minutes after arriving, the dents were out! One dent on the drivers side of my hood, and on the right side another four to five difficult dents were removed like magic. I had my truck repainted: most panels, dents taken out, roof, new front grill [new teeth] and even got a new emblem for my 2000 vintage Tundra. The painter did a great job but did not securely adhere the flex-rubber seal across the windshield. Before replacing the entire windshield, where a new seal and everything was installed, I tried, myself to glue the old seal back on. Not a good idea to climb on your hood! ;..[ So, I created these unsightly dents and because they WERE right where the natural lines and nice shape of the hood is framed, I really messed things up. I honestly thought the entire hood would have to be removed because of the location [me: kicking myself] But, all good! I'm so glad I called Dent EZ Out. Israel's work was just incredible. See my photos. Also, my truck is black! The easiest [worst] color to see every single line and indentation. Everything is perfect now! So, thank you again Israel!!! Next, I brought in my car for maintenance and a list of repairs and items to check on. Let me not bore with the mundane details, just know: -they took good care of the car, addressing every item on my list. -Frank, the service manager, took the time to discuss the list of repairs with me and explained what they would do-to make sure we were on the same page with everything. He listens! In fact, when he received the list (which I'd emailed ahead of time) he immediately spotted a safety issue and reached out to me to get it addressed promptly. -they finished the work AHEAD of the promised completion time -took the trouble to score parts at a lower price than quoted (and passed on the savings!) -provided a detailed completed work order with information I about my vehicle that I found valuable.
