First of all, I'm a perfectionist and picky as hell, and after comparing numerous options I took my car to Dent Time and the results were amazing. My Audi had a big dent on its quarter panel when I bought it from the previous owner and after hitting up multiple bodyshops and PDR specialists I got mixed responses. Some said "Can't be fixed using PDR, it's too difficult, right on the ridge line, double metal underneath, it'll never work". Some overpromised saying "We'll fix it no problem" but after asking them why others say it's not fixable with PDR, they went "well uhmm we can fix it to about 80%" - so basically they said they'll fix it and afterwards they were going to surprise me with a half assed job saying that's the best they can do. No thanks. Bodyshops quoted me insane amounts and the job would've taken about a week. Myke from Dent Time is not just truly a master of his craft, what's even better is that he's genuinely the most honest business owner I've ever met. This guy is so good at what he does that he doesn't need to overpromise and beg you to come in. He said "I'm a perfectionist so you don't have to be" (well I am, whether you want it or not). This guy cares about your car like it was his own, he takes pride in his work and he's not just there to do B+ work and collect your money. Myke told me straight up that it's a challenging dent, it won't be perfect, but he can improve it significantly and the result is going to look much better. I was hesitant at first but after watching his YouTube channel and the results he's able to pull off, I decided I'll give it a chance. His quote was higher than most PDR options out there, but I'd rather pay more for A+ results. Dropped off the car in the morning and picked up the same afternoon. When I picked it up he was still saying how it's not perfect, but to me it's freakin' perfect. 10 out of 10 people would never know there was a dent there. With so many people out there who are half assing their jobs and just trying to lure you in and scam your money, I can only wish there was more businesses like this. To be honest his tools did leave tiny marks on the black paint, but unless you're a perfectionist looking at the spot up close in certain kind of lighting, you'd never notice them. I had a large dent in the lift gate of my brand new Pathfinder after an incident in the snow and Myke & his team worked quickly to get the dent fixed correctly. My wife accumulated a few dents on her BMW, and had accidentally given my Tesla a small dent on the rear passenger door, so we called Dent Time to help us out. After a rough quote, we scheduled a time for them to come out to the house and take care of the dents. They arrived on time, and explained that they'd try to get access to the dents from the inside, and if that didn't work that they'd have to try a 'glue pull' method which had a slight risk of damaging the paint. Fortunately, for both cars they were able to get at the dent from the inside. On the Tesla, the dent was minor but it took about 45 minutes to work the dent out (going in from the passenger door window). I thought it looked good, but the technician spent extra time getting the dent out so that neither I, my wife, or he could see any evidence of it. After that, he went to work on the BMW, gaining access to the dents through the wheel-wells. Those dents were out in about 10 minutes, with nothing we could see left over. While they weren't the least expensive of the places we contacted, they were convenient (they come out to the house!), friendly, and not wildly more expensive that the others. Recommended. read more

I recently had Dent Time repair a medium-sized dent in the rear corner of my Hyundai Kona. I was able to schedule a mobile visit within 3 days, and even though they needed to adjust the scheduled time of my appt, Dent Time stayed in excellent communication with me. Tech Tim even arrived a few minutes early. He explained Plan A and Plan B (if necessary) for repairing the dent. I approved and he ended up having to go with B. The work was done within about 80 minutes, and I was very satisfied. You can't even tell there was a dent. And the price came in at the very low end of the estimate.
