I rarely write reviews but in this case, it is important to acknowledge the superior work and service my wife and I received from Myke at Dent Time. The blemishes to our beloved X1were challenging. One problem was directly over a seam in the hood and another required re-surfacing and painting. There were no false promises and we weren't sure if the car could be fully restored to "pre damage" condition. To our amazement, Myke did exactly that. When we picked up the car, I literally could not see where the damage had been. We were blown away. He is truly an artist, and his shop was clean and staff courteous and helpful. And if that isn't enough, his pricing was LOWER than a bid received from a competitor. I know I sound like his brother-in-law or best friend.... but we never met until last Friday. Called on a Sunday (closed on Sundays) expecting to leave a voice mail to schedule an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a human voice instead. It was Myke Toledo and he was able to book me the following day early Monday morning at their shop as I know that they were already fairly busy during the 4th of July holiday. Arrived the following day 30 minutes before they opened and lo and behold Myke opened his office door and greeted me with a smile and to come on in. I can only tell you that he was very courteous, friendly, sociable, and professional throughout the entire transaction. He did a wonderful job of removing two indentations on my Porsche 911 and I would not hesitate to do business with this company again in the future, especially with Myke, although I am quite confident that the rest of his staff are just as professional as he is. After he was done, I could not even tell or find where the two dents were on the car. Called Myke for a scratch on the front bumper of my 2014 Boxster. I called several guys before I called Myke, but only Myke replied in a timely manner with a solid estimate. Because the car was very new, there were even some body shop telling me that they were not sure whether they could fix it as the pre-accident condition. However, when Jose came to my place and have the scratch fixed, it turned out to be perfect, like nothing happened. Jose was a funny guy and easy to talk, he arrived on time and did a really nice job. While most body shop would take 1 whole day to fix the scratch, dent time/bumper time can have it fixed in 2 hours. The color match was very accurate. Jose even finished his job ahead of the planned time. He made it in only one hour and a half. I hoped I could have more change to tip him, and I will do so for sure next time. I SHOULD HAVE CALLED SOONER!! I have a 2006 BMW 750Li and it gets dinged alot cause it's big, parking spaces are tight and people can be careless, myself included. Anyways, I had a couple dings in each of the rear doors. Some of which were on the curves of the body and I thought they might not come out. These guys are great and fast. Got swiped on my bumper - over 4 foot scratching and car left his green color on my silver gray Honda. Called and they were out the next day. He said 9 am, texted he was on his way, and arrived a few minutes early. Like people being on time. I put my car in the driveway and he worked from his truck and 2 hours later had a beautiful new looking bumper. He painted and repaired the bumper so well. You can get an estimate on the phone. It wasn't cheap but a lot less than going to a fixed location with overhead and personnel. Much less than I would have paid had I chosen another route and if I filed with my insurance company, my rates were sure to have gone up. Guy who hit me gave me all the cash he could but I assumed he was not insured and didn't want to deal with the authorities. I covered the shortfall. He was a good guy and manned up. I've had the pleasure of dealing with John and Dent Time twice in the last couple of months. John worked on some dents, creases and imperfections on my black Porsche. Being that black on a car is without the doubt the most unforgiving color there is showing all imperfections there are, I wanted the work done by a professional and someone that takes pride in their work. John is the guy. He's a straight shooter being very honest with what is possible and what his limitations are with regards to the dent to be worked on. I had two dings on my hood. One was a high point dent which is a dent that sticks outwards with sharp points and the other was a quarter sized dent on the nose of the hood. The nose dent was a little hard to get too because of the hood latch but Jon did a very good job pushing out the dent. For the high point dent, it's a little tricky cause it's so sharp. Jon was able to get 95% of it out which in my eyes looked pretty darn good. I called a couple paintless dent repair companies (Tony the Dent dude, Dent Devils, and Dent Rescue) but they all quoted me $140-150. Jon from Dent Time did it for $100 flat, which included a $20 discount for first time costumers. I didn't tell the other companies that I had a high point dent because I thought all dents were the same but usually those are harder to flatten so the rates are a little higher, but Jon was nice enough to do the job as best he could. I would recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for honest work for paintless dent repair. They even squeezed me in their schedule when originally I was suppose to get the work done the next morning. Dent Time is legit, highly appraised by all costumers. read more

I have a 1 year old Ford Fusion and no matter how far my wife and I park from people we got dents. The first two were small dents that occurred over the year, but recently I got a large dent in the body transition line on the rear quarter panel (occurred at the San Diego Zoo parking lot). It was a very deep dent, so I finally called a pro to come fix all the dents because it was unsightly to see on a brand new car that I take great care. Myke came out and fixed all three dents within an hour. He was afraid that the large dent in my rear quarter panel couldn't be fixed, but he tried his best and was able to remove the 99% of the large dent (basically impossible to remove 100% because of the location) and 100% of my other two dents. He fixed all the dents within 1 hour. He was early to the appointment and prompt with his work. He gave me a quote a week back and honored the price even though I felt he did more work than I paid for because of the severity of the damage on the car. I was in an accident about a month ago in Mexico. A raised pickup got too close to my 2002 Toyota and caused a couple of dents and scratches to the back door of the vehicle. The guy in the pick top didn't stop and just kept on going. I have insurance but because of the deductible I had to pay most of the fix to the car. I was able to "clean" the door and buff out the scratches but couldn't do anything about the dents. Before I cleaned up the door I got a few estimates form auto body shops around my area and was shocked with some estimates of nearly 2,000 dollars to fix it (basically repaint the door). Since my car is older (Almost 15 years old) I didn't want to spend 80% of the value of the whole car on fixing the door only. So I called dent time, sent some pictures and got Jon to come over to my house not being sure of what to expect. I can tell you Jon did an excellent job. He took out the dents, polished a scratch that was still visible. There is a huge improvement on the car door. You can hardly tell at all that the dents and scratch were there !! Jonathan came by to fix a creased dent on the rear quarter panel of my car. Setting up the appointment was very easy and I received updates on the estimated arrival time by text, so I knew when he was going to arrive. After setting up, Jonathan proceeded to erase all evidence of the dent - the panel looks as straight as it did when it was new now.
