Maria handled all of the office management "stuff" and was always easily accessible by either phone or email. Ferlay and Edgar are masters at their craft and they take the time to give personal, professional and constructive input/feedback. I have an 88 Camaro convertible that needed a new paint job and interior work done i.e. replacement of both the driver's and passenger seats as well as the back seat and serious removal of rust as well as an overall of the car's frame. It took awhile to get all of the framework done i.e. years of rust and finding parts for intricate repair work. Maria and Edgar in particular took the time to navigate all of this and so the car was in the shop for a long time. This is my only non-positive remark. They kept me posted on what was going on, what still needed to be taken care of and what the overall status was for the overall repair. Cost for the work that was done was very reasonable and they always let me know upfront what the "guesstimate" would be if not the exact total. They also personally and professionally consulted with me before making a move which I truly respect and appreciate. The paint job that Ferlay did is fantastic! Just the color that I wanted and the overall look is really beautiful! The car literally looks brand new. He did a great job of removing scratches and rust. I would highly recommend this shop. Just make sure that you have some time for your repair work and that the timing of the completion date fits in your schedule. Due to having to find specific parts for this vehicle, as it is a classic car, is what took the longest. Edgar and Ferlay are extremely kind and helpful gentlemen and very approachable! I was told on 7 separate occasions that my car "should be ready by X day." I felt frustrated as I…read morewas told that the repair would take no more than 5 weeks. It took them 8 weeks and 2 days to complete repairs. I could have had my vehicle back in 4 weeks had I gone with a Porsche Certified shop such as Haury's. This shop is high density, not high volume. Overpromising, underdelivering, lies. 1. I was told that parts were 3-4 days out. It took 13 days for the parts to arrive. They said that a door latch cable was out of stock. On 12/29, I ordered the door latch cable. Part arrived 1/16 and they refused to install it. They kept me waiting until on 2/8. I called their vendor (Porsche Larson) and the vendor had the part in stock the entire time. They lied to me. 4 WA State Porsche dealers had that door latch cable in stock. NO supply chain issues, only lies from my SA Challan Kershaw. 2. With parts and approved payment on a $14.1k insurance repair, I expected a no-delay situation from 1/16 (part delivery date) - 1/22 (paint start date), and a no-delay situation from 2/7 (build completion date) to 2/12 (alignment date) 3. Until 2/1, they did not attempt to pick up the pace of repairs. On 1/31, Challan Kershaw told me that they devote 17.3 hours of build time to each car per week and that because my car required 44.8 hours of body labor -- reassembly would take at least three more weeks. After my phone call with Production Manager Kyle Emmerich, it took them 3 days (2/5 to 2/7) to complete 44.8 hours of body labor -- NOT 3 weeks. They only started to "care" once I started calling them daily about the deadlines and commitments they offered months prior. I had to cancel three road trips. At the end of the repair, they waited an additional (and unnecessary) three weeks to install the insurance-approved PPF/ "clear bra" which put my trip to Canada in jeopardy, and delayed pickup once more. 4. My car battery was damaged from storage and lack of normal vehicle use. The battery was tested by a Porsche dealer and was noted as being in excellent health 35 days before drop off at Bel-Red Auto. The battery should have been placed on an OEM trickle charger during the 65 days that it was at Bel-Red. They could have billed insurance for the use of a trickle charger instead of destroying a battery. If insurance had declined the use of a trickle charger (unlikely) Porsche would have sent an authorized service provider to jump the car (under warranty) or tow the vehicle to an authorized service provider. 5. I had to have a new battery programmed and installed by Porsche Bellevue (consequential damage/$920.00). 6. One of my carbon fiber side blades was improperly installed - the front-driver-side-door blade is falling off. They destroyed my door control module. The module clip had been ripped off/a new door control module had to be installed by Porsche Bellevue. Unacceptable for a shop to make a series of negligent mistakes over 2 months. 7. They have become complacent. They are no where near the "best" body shop in Bellevue. You're as good as your last job & your credibility is as genuine as your last lie. If your service is awful and you can not fulfill a promise, no one cares if you have been in business for 41 years. 8. People do not have the patience to deal with being told that their car should be ready by X day on 7 separate occasions, or for a repair to take twice as long 9. I felt deceived and disrespected - my age should have had nothing to do with my car's repair process or status. Being told by Challan Kershaw on four separate occasions, "Well I know you're young but..." is condescending, demeaning, and ageist. They are passive-aggressive and hostile once you point out their bullshit. Recommend Metro Auto Rebuild, Haury's Collision, or an out-of-state shop.

It took short of 3 months for my car to be finished, and I did have multiple calls with the location. During several of those calls, they told me that my car would be ready on a certain day, just for me to contact them again either the day before or the day of, for them to tell me that it's not actually ready. This happened about 4 times. In the end, they guided me through the process and explained things to me that I was confused about previously.

We worked with Jon at Accurate Auto Body and they were one of the first certified Rivian repair shops so quite understand since the car looks like new. I slipped on some black ice on my way to work and crashed into a street sign right after a massive windstorm in November that caused significant damages to homes and power outages in our region. I had called over a dozen auto body shops, but everyone was full and said they couldn't even give me an estimate until February. A lot of them were also rude on the phone. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but it made Sergio's friendliness that much more meaningful when he answered my call. He said I could bring the car in that afternoon, which was an incredible relief after a very frustrating and stressful day talking to so many grumpy people. Sergio was so responsive, efficient, and cost reasonable, too. When I went to pick up the car (about a week later!), I was very impressed by their workmanship, but they had also cleaned and polished both the exterior and interior of the car that had mud and dirt and 2 dogs worth of Siberian husky fur. He had a little mishap with ordering a new headlight for me, and because it cost a little more than what he had quoted me originally, he reduced my final bill by a bit. So generous. He also let me know that I could leave my rental car at his shop, and that saved me a HUGE amount of time and stress. I recommend Bellevue Collision Center wholeheartedly. They are above and beyond what you would expect, and I will be sending everyone there.
