There was a complete lack of communication (no follow-up of any kind), false promises regarding arrival time of the part, failure to let me know when the part arrived, and a lack of concern when I voiced frustrations throughout the entire process. I still have yet to speak to a manager despite multiple requests to have someone call me back. I have requested this 8 separate times over the past several months.
