Bobby, the manager, promptly responded…read moreand we discussed the areas of concerns and noted that we should review in person to make sure we get a good idea of the repair work needed. He arrived a couple days later and we looked at the car for what was needed (Gray BMW X5). It was pointed out that there were several locations that also could be repaired but focus was one area in particular as part of the original request. I also noted that I did NOT want a dent repaired... So he fixed the areas we agreed upon but then let me know shortly that he got started on the dent anyways. So the issue I have is with the dent and another major scratch. Like another customer, was told to wait 72 hours before a wash to let the paint and gloss cure. After the wait period, those two areas were not fixed properly. See attached photos. The body filler can be seen under the paint/gloss leaving a somewhat "yellow" tint. After reaching out to Bobby to see about resolving this issue, he said that he would come, when available, to fix at no charge. I have not been able to set a time to schedule him to fix after repeated requests via text over the course of 2 weeks. So at this time, I cannot endorse any potential customers to use Collision Express Service for mobile vehicle dent and scratch repair. I will happily update this review if we are able to address this issue.
