I slipped on some black ice on my way to work and crashed into a street sign right after a massive windstorm in November that caused significant damages to homes and power outages in our region. I had called over a dozen auto body shops, but everyone was full and said they couldn't even give me an estimate until February. A lot of them were also rude on the phone. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but it made Sergio's friendliness that much more meaningful when he answered my call. He said I could bring the car in that afternoon, which was an incredible relief after a very frustrating and stressful day talking to so many grumpy people. Sergio was so responsive, efficient, and cost reasonable, too. When I went to pick up the car (about a week later!), I was very impressed by their workmanship, but they had also cleaned and polished both the exterior and interior of the car that had mud and dirt and 2 dogs worth of Siberian husky fur. He had a little mishap with ordering a new headlight for me, and because it cost a little more than what he had quoted me originally, he reduced my final bill by a bit. So generous. He also let me know that I could leave my rental car at his shop, and that saved me a HUGE amount of time and stress. I recommend Bellevue Collision Center wholeheartedly. Late post. Amazing. I was involved in a car accident on October 11 and all other body shops weren't able to take my car until December. I read the reviews for Bellevue Collision Center and decided to give them a call. Sergio said come on in. He was super friendly and reassuring that it could be done quick as long as the parts needed were available. Sergio always updated me and low and behold my car was ready in two weeks. Where do I begin with Bellevue Collision? This shop has been nothing but a stressful experience. They are so difficult to get a hold of and when they do answer you get the run around. Sergio will tell you that your car will be ready this week, then next week, then the following week etc. The completed work on my car was below average at best. The supposedly "new" oem headlight started to condensate in less than a week of getting my car back. They also cut half off the "new" plastic panel that suppose to keep the fog light wiring safe from the elements, I'm still trying to understand what was the logic in that? My insurance and myself has reached out to them but it's the same bs that I get. The paint job is horrendous they're so many imperfections through out, swirl marks, polish left behind, paint bubbles you name it they did it. If you value your car and expect good work done on your vehicle please look elsewhere save yourself the headache. read more

So, normally I don't do reviews unless they are either very very bad and you should stay away, or very amazingly good, that I would recommend anyone to go to in a heart beat. Bellevue Collision Services is definitely a place to get any body/paint damage fixed. The person whom I worked with - Sergio, is courteous and friendly. Even though he was swarmed with many other clients, he takes the time to address all of my concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Now, you can't fully review a place until you have seen all of the customer servicing portion. It is very important to know what happens when things aren't perfect. In this case, my front bumper bit between the plastic and the aluminum had a minor air bubble - the seam line is one of the trickier parts to get right. After bringing that to their attention, they quickly fixed it. In conclusion, the staff at Bellevue Collision Services will stop at nothing until you are completely satisfied. This is a "small" shop and they don't have a dedicated receptionist, so the first time walking in I was a little skeptical. After waiting for ~10 minutes Sergio popped out of the shop and eased my skepticism away. Sergio was a fantastic person to work with. He went above and beyond normal requirements for an auto repair shop. My car was ready on time and the price (other places quoted me for ~2k++, they did it for ~$1500 final cost) and quality were superb. When it was all finished and ready to be picked up I was unable to make it until they were closed, Sergio went out of his way to get me my car on that day by stopping by on his way somewhere with family to get me my car. Hopefully I won't be needing to come here anymore, however if my car gets hit again or needs work done, I will be coming here for sure. read more

The person who checked the car informed that it is going to take more than the value of the car to fix and advised me on what to do with the car. He easily could have charged me inspection & multitude of other fees for his time - but looking at what I had been through that day the person offered honest suggestions. My father-in-law dropped my garage door on my 3 month old 2014 Dodge Challenger (long story). Needless to say, I replaced the door with an automated one and then was left with the fun task of locating an auto body repair shop that wasn't going to rip me off to repair the massive dent in my car's trunk and driver quarter panel. Since I just moved to Bellevue, I didn't know who to turn to; so I called around a bit. After a couple of unsuccessful calls, I seeked the assistance of Yelp. I called Bellevue Collision Services and Sergio (one of the owners) immediately answered the phone. A good sign when the owner picks up on the 1st few rings - and he assured me he and his company was going to be honest and fair. I went down there that same day to get an estimate. Sergio was very knowledgeable and quick. More importantly, he charged a VERY FAIR price. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical since the old saying "If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't" or "you get what you pay for." I made an appointment to drop off the car and 3 days later, nervously surveyed my car prior to entering the establishment. And I was pleasantly surprised to see my Red Challenger completely restored as if I had gotten it off the showroom floor. He also had his team polish it and remove some unsightly surface scratches. And also did basic vacuum of the interior. So, thus far - 5 star for service and quality. His team did exceptional work! He greeted me and did a walk through and I was given the keys, easy in and out. If I could give him and his business six stars I would. And here's why, I noticed my wife left her jewelry box, and then sweat commenced as I was anticipating an empty box or someone might have stole something. I opened it and there was my wife's diamond necklace and chain. This piece retails for 2500$ but more importantly I gave it to her on our wedding day - so it is priceless to both of us. And I know they cleaned the interior, so actions do speak louder than words. That shows how honest he and the staff he hires are. I was hesitant about leaving this review simply because I have not given the business a chance to fix the problems I had. But this is only because I'm extremely busy and simply don't have time to go over there and arrange to leave my car there again for the entire day. I wanted to be honest and get that out of the way before my full review. So, here's the deal: I bought a deal on Tippr.com - $70 for a "Full Interior and Exterior Detail valued at $220". I thought, "Great! I need one and this looks like a great deal because it even includes clay bar, a full wax and shampooing the carpets." Wow, did I get ripped off. I can't imagine how I'd feel if I paid the "full price" of $220. First off, I had the car at 9:00am and they said it would be done by 5:00pm, which is already a very, very long time to get a detail done, but whatever. So I arrive back at 4:45pm only for them to tell me it wouldn't be finished until 6:00pm. Uhhhh...okay... Went and killed time, came back at 6:00 and it was indeed done, but still dripping water! Did they just wash it?! Then the guy explains that he couldn't get the water spots off the windows - they just wouldn't come off. Huh?! They were all over, and what makes this even better is that I KNOW there were no water spots on the windows when it got there! At this point it was already starting to get dark so I couldn't get a good look at the rest of the job they did, but it otherwise looked pretty shiny and clean. Said okay, and left, figuring I could just redo the windows myself. Got home, and the next morning took a better look at the car. IT'S TERIBLE! The wheels were still dirty in many places, there were greasy smudges all over most of the insides of the windows, the trim and dash were splotchy and greasy, the car had quite obviously not been clay barred as there were tiny specs of dirt and sap that I easily just popped off with a fingernail, again, there were water spots everywhere, etc. etc. - the list goes on! All in all this is the worst detail I've ever gotten, in every aspect. I cannot warn you enough that this is a rip off. I've gotten washes at the Pink Elephant place that were better. The craziest part is my car wasn't even really that dirty. It's a late 2010 model and I keep it in good shape. Needless to say I'll be asking Tippr.com for my money back. read more

If I could I would give 3 and a half stars. I took my car here to be fixed after a car accident. The team did a good job making my car look like new, they took care of insurance and they give you a lifetime guarantee on their work. The only problem I had is with their communication: when they were picking up my car, I was told the tow truck would be at my house in a half hour - I waited two hours and had to call them twice for an update on where the tow truck was. And even though they ask how often you want them to call you for updates on your car on their paperwork, I always had to be the one to call them for just about anything. After I picked up my car, Arsenio had promised to call me for when another part would come in, and after more than a month of waiting I called them to see what was going on. It turned out it had arrived a while ago and nobody bothered to contact me. I am so impressed with Arsenio & Sergio that I immediately went to my computer to write this review after picking up my car no more than 20 minutes ago. My car was rear-ended and after some google searches I settled on Bellevue Collision due to the great reviews. I dropped my car off this past Monday (Yes, they were working on Labor Day!) and mentioned some other scrapes and dents on the front end that were not a result of this accident. They said they'd give me a quote for that since I would have to pay that out-of-pocket. I had previously received a quote of $1,200 at another place. Not only did they repair the damage from the accident they touched up my entire vehicle at no cost to me! Yes, I will eventually have to fork over some $$ to have the front bumper replaced due to rusting, however, with the work they did you can't even tell!! Also, I didn't notice until I got home so I'm not sure when this happened but I found a chip on my mirror with no other impact marks which was super strange. Also I found a chip within a few days of their paint job which they said could have been due to anything and then another chip right next to that one within a year. Sure it could have been rocks flying up while driving but two in the same area that they repainted could also be due to a poor job. Overall, I would not come here again. read more

This shop is amazing. From the first call I made to them they were professional and to the point. This is the first time I did not drive my LR to the dealer. Last time they sent me to a corrupt shop that held my car for hostage. This time I looked for a shop on my own and found this gem. I rolled my LR in, they took a look, ordered my parts right away. Had a turn around of 4 days. After they took the front end apart they called me right away told me there was more damage, they had already called insurance got the approval. These guys are trustworthy! Ziptied parts back on the vehicle. Terrible paint work. Missed a crease in the hood. Insurance company paid to have numerous brackets on the bumpers replaced, work was not done. Now we have $6000 additional repairs caused by Bellevue Collision and the vehicle is still not driveable 6 months later. On the evening of December 19th 2017, my wife and I were involved on a traffic accident on interstate 90, right before Mercer Island exit 8. We were hit from behind and smashed into another vehicle in front of us. Sergio understood we were from out of town and said he would expedite the repairs. This was the beginning of the Bellevue Collision Center saga. After a few weeks we called Bellevue to check on the progress and were told they were waiting on parts that had not come in yet. After a couple more weeks we called and they were still waiting on a backordered part to complete the repairs. We were told Sergio would get back with us (never happened). I continued to call every 1 1/2 weeks to be informed by an employee that they were working on the vehicle a couple of hours a day and the wrong bumper had been received. On a subsequent call another bumper was again received that was wrong. Long story short after numerous calls and messages were left, we finally received a call that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was ready. This was over 2 months since the accident (if this is expedited service, I would hate to see what the non-expedited time frame is). We traveled from Spokane on February 23rd, 2018 to pick up our Jeep and return our rental truck. We were informed at Bellevue Collision Center that the rear bumper parking sensors were not hooked up. We would need to take it in to a local body shop when we got back home and get this taken care of. No problem right? After 2 months, we were just glad to get our vehicle back. Both my wife and I were coming down with a bug and by the time we got back to Spokane we were incredibly sick. I had to go to the ER and was treated for bronchitis. When I was up to it (about 3 weeks later) I took our vehicle to the local authorized Jeep dealer in town (Dishman Dodge Jeep Body Shop). This is where all hell breaks loose- I was informed that an incorrect bumper was installed and that's why the backup sensors could not be connected. Dishman said that just by looking underneath the vehicle, they could see that the repairs were done incorrectly. They would need to pull the front and back bumpers which would run $300+. So I contacted Allstate again and after several weeks they were able to assign an adjuster for Spokane. So now the jeep is inspected and we find out that even though the invoice shows almost $13,000 in repairs have been billed and paid for by Allstate, the repairs have either not been done, or been done so badly that the work needs to be redone. The body shop is horrified to find that parts were actually zip tied on and billed items were never done, paint is flawed, etc. The Allstate adjuster is telling us that this is a clear case of insurance fraud and it was good that we brought the vehicle in to be checked out. We have videos and documentation. This Allstate insurance adjuster works for the insurance company of the vehicle that hit us and yet he has gone above and beyond in contacting both Sergio and Arsenio at Bellevue to explain the itemized detailed repairs that need to be done to fix their mess. The estimate is nearly $6000 and as Allstate has already paid for the work, they will not cover it again. So the vehicle has been at the dealer body shop since about the middle of March. Between vacations and numerous excuses and delays from Bellevue, here we are over 5 months later and the vehicle is still in pieces at our local body shop. We have paid for 6 months of insurance on a vehicle that we cannot even drive. Bellevue Collision Center has still not stepped up to fix this mess. While Bellevue Collision Center admits fault, they continue to delay or make excuses as to why they cannot get payment to the Dishman Dodge Jeep Body Shop to complete the needed repairs. We were contacted recently by Zurich (liability insurer for Bellevue) and they are covering $700 for the a/c brackets that were installed backwards and damaged the radiator. Their adjuster was horrified by what he saw, however, they do not cover insurance fraud for work that was not done, or done improperly. So we are moving forward at contacting a law firm in Seattle to handle this case. We do not believe this to be an isolated case and we are working on getting news coverage for this story, so that other families can avoid being scammed. The only reason we found out, was because we took our vehicle in, to be looked at by an authorized dealer. Anyone that has had work done at Bellevue Collision Center should have their vehicle inspected by an authorized factory dealership body shop, to make sure that work that was billed to the insurance company, or owner of the vehicle was actually done and that their vehicle is safe to drive. This case may just be the tip of the iceberg. If other victims come forward, this may well turn into a class action lawsuit, with multiple parties suing for damages. read more

Recently someone rear-ended my brand new BMW, the lady's insurance company kept pressing me to go to their "preffered" repair shop and that they have all sorts of benefits and guarantees to work on my car, but I decided to do a bit of my own research on the best people to trust with my new car! I am glad I did because the "preffered" repair shop which was strongly recommend by the insurance company had horrible reviews and on top of the pressure for me to go there insurance company claimed that it would take a lot longer if I were to go elsewhere. I am sooooo glad I found Bellevue Collision Services, after reading their reviews I was convinced to go and check them out. From the moment I entered the office I felt that it was the right  place! The staff was extremely plesent to work with and very professional, yet you feel family like atmosphere. They made the whole process very easy and very convenient for me, I didn't even had to make another call to that insurance company, guys at BCS completely took over, got me in to the rental car and arranged the entire process of scheduling repair and coordinating with the insurance adjuster. I got one call from the claim adjuster who called me to let me know that him and Bellevue Collision were working together to get my BMW back to perfect and one thing that he mentioned which made me feel even better about my choice, he said that he knows folks at Bellevue Collision for a long time and that my car was with the right people! It's funny how the insurance company pushed another shop while the actual guy in the field directly working with the shops had to say good things about BCS. When I went to pick up my car I was hoping to get perfection and happy to say that I wasn't disappointed, the wash and vacuum every car after the repair process, but the car looked like it was absolutely detailed. I was beyond impressed with their craftsmanship and customer service! If I could give Bellevue Collision 10 stars I would. Highly recommend these guys. Picked up my Audi after some extensive body work and everything looked great EXCEPT that it was late in the day, raining and at the time I didn't notice the dent in the trunk that wasn't there before. It was almost impossible to see it while the car was wet. My car had been left out overnight after detailing and it looked like the scratches and dent were from a falling tree branch (really stormy night). It was several days later before I stopped back to talk to them about it. They COULD HAVE told me they have no way of knowing when it was dented and given the elapsed time they were not responsible. WHAT they did was outstanding. Stipulating that they had no way of knowing if the damage was done in their shop, their primary concern was making sure I was a happy customer. They offered to cover a paint less dent repair and when I got the car back the second time it looked great. My car was bought here to be fixed, but their service is VERY bad. When we visit them after all the paperwork were done, they told us to come back next week at this time and day and they will fix it. When we came back, they said they can't fix it that day. Then I told them to call me when they can fix it and it has been three weeks and they have not called. I'm just so angry with them and I don't want to think about this mess up situation. I do not have time to come back and forth to the F****** shop. We need our specific car to work so it must be fix on the same day we bring it. Their reason of not fixing our car is, "we are too busy." I would recommend this place. I slightly crashed my 1 year old new car and I looked around for a quote before I call insurance, I came to this place first since it's closer, I never had an accident before, never used my insurance ever although paying it for years. Arsenio is very patient explaining how to handle a situation like mine, and how expensive a decent fix can cost. They estimate 1 month to fix it, I spend quite a while in his place and then head off to the most reputable place around Bellevue(I'm sure everyone looking at yelp will find out), only to find out they are too crowded with customers, and they estimate 2 month for the fix, and they're very impatient. I don't want 2 month without my car, my rental insurance just cannot cover that long. So I come back to BCS. BCS is very flexible with what I want to do with my car and they are very willing to talk with me, discuss options, they work with insurance and got all OEM parts, I damaged my exhaust and I got to choose my own aftermarket exhaust from my preferred brand (Cannot do it at the other place I asked). I can call or email them every couple day and they responded very quick with latest updates. 1 month and 10 days later, I picked up my car, everything look like brand new and I love it.
