My rating is based on the value and quality of the work. This shop has good faith in business. I recommend them!!! It delivers fast and outstanding work. My experience: In March I took my Volvo XC60 after a collision that affected the driver-side fender and, part of the door. I was quoted verbally. I asked for it on paper, he gave me a business card and, I took a picture. Ofc, I thought it was expensive, then and now!! He explained it's a lot of work and says about 4 days. This was the fastest quote and, they also fix leather scratches. I immediately was sold on the completion timing. Without the leather repair quoted, I planned the expense. I got the work done last week. Drop off experience was ridiculous. Ofc because the original quote price was on a business card. Who knows where? The new quote repaired increased 52% without the leather in 2 months. I definitely could not agree, I spoke with the owner; we reached an agreement the increase in the overall price including leather was 10%. After reading the reviews here; I command the owner Guy, for his improved customer satisfaction mission. Improve the estimate system; few people pay for these repairs with an open mind. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! I had a driver's seat that needed to be dyed. Steve (manager) sent a tech over for the repair. A week after the repair the seat was still extremely sticky and if anyone sat on the seat the color of their pants or shorts would stick to the seat. I called Steve and explained that the seat was still sticky from the repair, Steve was combative and argumentative with me his customer. I could not believe he would speak to a customer like he was. In my search to have a dent in my rav4 taken care of, I found the dent wizard. I had a dent in my rear passenger door and also a blemish on my drivers side door handle. I am including pictures of before and after. Extremely pleased with the results. The side door came out beautiful. My handle required some extra work. It came out like brand new. I am very particular with who I allow to touch my 64 Galaxie. Somehow I wound up with a very deep scratch on the hood. Was researching different options to repair it and came across Dent wizard. It was 4pm on an unusually humid Friday when I pulled up to their shop, this is after going to 2 other places and having them recommend me to go somewhere else if i wanted my work done today. I walked in and was able to get one of the guys to come out and take a look at a wheel that had gotten dented the night before on my friends car, we were driving around on the donut. The guys were able to get me in and out with the wheel fixed within about 20 min. You couldn't even tell the wheel had been dented!! This place is a joke and they are not man of their word. I went there last week, Guy(owner) looked at my car and I made an appointment to bring the car in today for repair. I dropped it off with Brett yesterday . Brett sent me a text at 6:43 this morning saying they are too busy and don't have time to fix my car and that I should go pick it up. Why would you have me drop it off only to return it without fixing it and who in their right mind sends a text that early in the morning to a paying customer? Brett is a clown who doesn't have the decency to come out to offer an apology or an explanation. He isn't man enough to come out from the back and face his customers so he sent a kid who works there to return my car key. They just lost a customer but it worked out for me because I found a place that will fix the damage for half their price. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else. I stopped by Dent Wizard and asked about getting an estimate on my car. Steve came out and took a look right away. He took my car to the back to see if he could get access to the dent. He was able to reach it even though 3 other places just wanted to replace the entire hood. Steve and his coworker Guy were able to make my car look brand new!! From my experience with dent wizard, they are great with dents, absolutely GREAT! However, their rim department is not as good. I had them work on a rim (one rim!) 4 times due to not showing up to appointments and uneven paint sprays. To this day I've simply accepted the flaw due to not wanting to deal with them. read more
