They always go over and above to not only diagnose the problem, but find the best and most cost effective ways to fix them. They have even helped me when my nephew from out of town had an accident but wanted to have it fixed at his home in Phoenix. They not only gave him an honest assessment of what needed to be fixed and anticipated costs, but provided a band-aid fix to make sure he could safely get back to Phoenix.

He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me.

Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.
