They are incredibly patient with my 3 year old who is always on the go. The orthodontist is amazing as well and my 13 year old also thinks so and actually looks forward to going to the dentist! They can almost always get you an appointment in a pinch and are just amazing people to work with. I asked if it is their policy to only treat children whose parents don't work during the day and she just repeated that young children are only seen in the morning. So if you're a SAHM or can afford to take time off to work around your child's dentist's preferences, this place is fine. If you have a day job like the rest of us, go somewhere that understands that we can't all just pop in mid-morning on a weekday. Also, for a "pediatric" dental practice, their waiting room is super boring. No toys or anything. Just two broken video game things and a fish tank.
