This place by far is the best. I had a major procedure done yesterday. The entire staff was amazing. I'm very apprehensive about going to the dentist, as I guess most people are. I have two little boys (age 3 & 7) who LOVE going to the dentist because it is heaven! The Doc always makes my kids feel safe and comfortable. He takes the time to explain all procedures and recommendations not just to me but to the boys as well. He shows them all his cool gadgets and always sends them off feeling great about their smile. The staff is awesome as well. They are professional, kind, and also very funny. Although they only see us twice a year, they never forget my boys. BEWARE!!! This dentist told me I had 9 cavities and i only actually had 1!!! I thought that was impossible, since i just had an exam less than a year ago!! I had recently just switched from my pediatric dentist, since i am 21 i thought i should go to a grown up dental office. This place has a terrible policy. I had a migraine and was unable to cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance per "office policy". I was a loyal customer for 2 years and both the receptionist and the office manager refused to waive the fee on the premise that I did not "call ahead in time". The office manager went on to talk about how they needed to "fill my appointment time". Their insensitivity and general rudeness are just 2 of many reasons why I will be taking my dental business elsewhere. read more

I'll make my review as short as I can. went in for a new crown because my old one fell out.They did NOT present all of my options and pricing to me. Had some insurance drama and in the end they asked me to cover more money than what I initially signed for. I said absolutely not since I did not know about the extra cost and it was no where in anything I signed. A few things Yvonne told me: "we can't present all pricing options to every patient because it will take too long." " you owe $$$. I don't know what to tell you because I wasn't there when u signed the papers." Haha its kinda funny how shitty this place is. It's so dirty inside and in their bathrooms there is a huge sign that says u have to throw all toilet paper in the trash. So yes there is poopie toilet paper. Gross. Had a broken tooth that needed a root canal. I was really concerned about the pain and treatment. My first visit was to do X-rays and to pin point the damage. This was painless and very straight forward. The monitor is right in front of you so you can see all of the images. Next appt. The dreaded Root canal. Lol... Dr.Duran was AMAZING!!! I did not feel anything. Not even the needle to numb my gums. I had ZERO pain. After the numbness wore off, I still didn't have any pain. I'm a 51 yr old male. Took my son to get his two bottom wisdom teeth extracted last Friday, Dr Duran did a fantastic job! My son was very nervous but Dr Duran & his staff made him feel very comfortable. During the procedure he felt no pain & was listing to his headphone the entire time. Since his wisdom teeth were impacted, he had minimal swelling & little pain (after the numbness went away) but once he started taking his meds he was feeling great! Omg !! I had a toothache for 2 weeks straight and didn't want to be bothered with a dental office . Finally I couldn't take it anymore so I did my research and ran across dental heaven and I must say I don't regret it AT ALL . My first visit which they called an emergency exam only concentrated what was bothering me . Boom three days later Dr. Duran had that taking care of . He pulled my tooth without any pain or discomfort. If I felt any source of pain he stop and numb me again . This office really care about you as a patient and not just your money and I'm forever thankful for that . I would recommend anybody to go here. My daughter has been going to dental heaven for 2 years now. The dentist we had before always struggled with her X-rays, always had some sort of issue with her apt and she started to feel uneasy. It was important to me that she have the best possible care and that she develop that knowledge/love/desire to take care of her teeth, without any fear or uneasiness. At Dental Heaven we have found just that. She looks forward to her apts, she TRUSTS the staff and she feels so incredible proud of herself for being responsible with her oral hygiene. They are very professional, I'm very pleased with the work they have done on my daughter. She's had fillings and had a gap filler in place. She wasn't afraid, and except for the initial discomfort she didn't complain of any pain and did really well. She received a card in the mail not long ago, before opening it she said "Gosh I hope it's from my dentist!!" A 6 year old hoping to hear from her dentist...who would of thought. I did have to pay the 25$ 24hr apt cancellation fee recently. Although I didn't like it, the policy is clear and I won't compromise my daughters love for her dentist over 25$. Also, the staff encourages the parents to stay behind while the child goes through the check up (there's a glass door so you can easily watch) and it really works for my daughter. She knows I'm there watching and she feels safe, but it gives her this sense of independence and makes her feel like a big girl.
