Stay away. If they suggest you need work and you're not in pain get second opinion. I ended up losing my tooth and I did try to sue them. Unfortunately the legal system sides with doctors and Dr. Pinky penalosa lied under oath. That alone shows her character. I couldn't prove my case because they wouldn't give me my records. The staff is warm & welcoming. I love the service here. The ladies make you feel like a long time friend. They let you know up front what's covered by your insurance and they're willing to work with you if your insurance doesn't cover something. The office is beautiful inside and the bathroom is really nice & clean. They provide great service and make sure their patients are comfortable. I have a lot of old cavities and my gums are sensitive. They made sure I didn't feel any pain during my cleanings and root canals. Even my 4 year daughter likes going here because of the warm friendly environment. And I love the fact that they text patients when they can't reach you by phone. read more

*** DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED*** I have been forced to place a lawsuit against Oasis Dental due to lack of communication, overcharge, false information, pain and suffering. *Beware* any business that insists that you robo-sign your documents and will not give you copies of their agreement is shady. This business does not return phone calls, and will lie to you about your condition and overcharge your insurance for services that you did not request. I was in a car accident May 2017, despite the airbag being deployed, my head hit the windshield, broke the glass of a Mercedes-Benz S500 that was totaled. I was taken away via Ambulance ended up with a concussion, fractured arm, minor scrapes and 3 broken teeth. Pretty scary. I have 10 ultra white Lumineers, they were approx $1600 each complimented by all white fillings. The teeth that were broken were a bridge near the Lumineers so I wanted to be certain that an authorized Lumineer professional did the repairs. Did not want to damage my investment. I went online to the Lumineer Website, found Oasis Dental, had my Husband's top tier 30 year LAPD Dental insurance verified, told Oasis Dental my issue, they claimed to be Lumineer Specialists and that they understood my issue, I agreed to be prepped. I paid in cash an upcharge to numb the painful shots and endured the discomfort of dentistry. After I sat up I was told that I had been given *two fillings that were ??desperately necessary?? and that I needed to call back later to get verification for the bridge repair!!! Dafuq ***They used ALL OF MY INSURANCE FOR FILLINGS I DIDN'T NEED and had me leave their offices in pain with BROKEN TEETH!!!!*** I have never felt so violated. Why would they do this? I asked when I was going to get my BROKEN teeth repaired and Emma at Oasis told me that I would have to wait until my insurance company reloaded my insurance for 2018!!! WHY? I have money, credit cards TODAY, yet Oasis Dental offered no other suggestions for form of payment. The next day I went to Dr. Jefferson of Sierra Lakes Dental, had my bridge repaired while I watched Sixteen Candles in their modern offices, they took photos and documented the damage on my behalf, gave me a discount and expedited my bridge. I now bring my twin girls there. I reported Oasis Dental to our coverage Delta Dental who informed us in writing that Oasis Dental claimed that they had examined me and that I never had any broken teeth when I came to them. Delta Dental directed me to the California Dental Board and BBB... So I am suing. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because Oasis Dental robbed me, tried to hurt and inconvenience me. Why even suggest that I walk around with broken teeth and a pocket full of money? If they couldn't repair my damage I would have thanked them graciously for their time and moved on. I have filed a lawsuit in Small Claims Court to be compensated for the money I am out because Oasis Dental ripped me off. I am a reasonable person and this could have been worked out easily. I will pursue this until I am satisfied. Not asking for more, just justice. Been going to this place for 3 years .. and just found out today that they over charged me and added charges on stuff that they didn't even do total of $298.00 do not go here such a rip off . Most people don't even look at a bill they trust and pay it and thank god I looked at it . I have gone to Oasis Dental twice now and been very happy with both visit. Dr Pinky Penalosa is great and gentle with her patients. Yes, I did get an injection or two but felt nothing as she numbed the gum area first, besides the fact that her hands are as light as feathers. The whole team and front desk are nice to deal with. The office is immaculate and beautifully decorated with ample supply of coffee, juice and water. It also has the most beautiful pink orchids floral arrangement I've seen. After my move back to Inland Empire, I took my time in finding a new dentist... after almost a year since my last dental appointment, I finally got my act together narrowing down my list to three... I chose OASIS DENTAL. Reviews are more reliable that other dental offices with reviews that are too good to be true. My choice was a bit more complicated since I do not have dental insurance. I needed a dental office that was willing to work with me a bit to make the cost reasonable. On my first visit, I received an extremely thorough cleaning. I mean, it was seriously the best cleaning that I ever had! I can finally taste my food! Lol! My second visit, I had some old silver fillings that needed to be removed and replaced. After discovering that the tooth was cracked on the side. Dr Pinky was able to work her magic and repair it instead of having to do much more expensive (much more painful) root canal treatment. My wallet and my mouth are extremely grateful! After my second visit, I can now state with confidence that I made an excellent choice with Oasis Dental! Oasis Dental has changed my view on going to the dentist! I always had the biggest fear since I was young but the doctors and staff had made my experience so easy. After amazing experience I decided to bring both children to have service and which they were both frightened but they hate the dentist. Once they received care they never want to go anywhere else. My kids are 11 and 6 and they love and trust the doctors and staff at Oasis Dental and that is huge for them! I brought my 6 year old in for a check up and she ended up needing baby root canals on her front teeth. I was terrified for such a young child to have to go through so much. Dr. Johnson ensured me that she can make her teeth healthy, look amazing, and convinced me to at least try. I booked for the next day and wow jaw dropping care. She made my daughter feel so comfortable, kept reassuring my daughter everything was going well, and checking on her every step of the way to make sure she was comfortable. I can't thank Dr. Johnson enough for the amazing cosmetic work done on my 6 year old. All top from teeth were rotten but now they are fixed. I decided to give the office another try and I am certainly happy I did. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with my work schedule. The place is clean. Originally there was a set back with a mishap of the scheduling of my first appointment, however the dentist called me back asap the same day (which was after hours) and was sincerly apologetic. The following day I received a call from the office manager who was also apologetic, was able to reschedule me asap and told me I would get a free take home whitening kit (I was excited about that). I gave a 4 star rating for two (2) reasons. 1. My original appointment was messed up. 2. I never received the free take home whitening kit. Despite the mishaps I would recommend this place. I have already gone twice and going back a third time; all in 1 week. read more

I had a migraine that was unbearable due to a tooth ache of my wisdom tooth. After many calls to dentist offices no one was available to see me until the next week even after the stress of the tooth ache. What I thought was going to be a great journey to a great smile ended in disaster. Right now as I write this I have three shades of teeth. Four crowns in front that are very white, my left side, where the whitening solution they use is useless, are a shade of yellow and my right side are a lighter shade of yellow. When I went outside and looked at my teeth in the light, I about fell to my knees. I ran back inside and had the doctor come outside with me to see how horrible my new smile was. She said "well maybe you can use whitening toothpaste" and that will even them out. I am more self cautious now than I have ever been and do not smile as much as id like to. I will avoid smiling outside where the light hits my teeth. I am currently seeking to get reimbursed my out of pocket money so I can transfer it over to my new dentist who is helping fix this horrible problem. At another time I had expressed to one of the assistants that their receptionist was really rude to me and to other people. She talks to you like she is disciplining you all the time and her facial expressions towards you do no justice. That assistant asked me if she can share this with the doctor because other people had had the same complaint. Well, while I was laying back on the chair I felt some one come behind me and it was the receptionist and she stood there with her arms folded looking down at me and asked me "If I had a complaint about her" I sat myself up a bit and I told her I didn't appreciate the way she had spoken to me. And she continued to argue her point with me. I told her to please leave the room. Dr Pinky excused it as an adjustment to her pregnancy., Since I was midway into my process I really had no choice to return to that office. When I left and I tried to make amends to her because I didn't want to leave that office with ill feelings, but to no avail. I had the worst experience there, spent money that was could have been used elsewhere. I now have three shades of teeth. read more

This dentist office was Ok the first time. They attended a health fair at my job and I decided to go with them my first visit I had to do a deep cleaning and they took X-rays and apparently that took more than half of what my benefits allow per year, mind you my benefits are on the high side. I decided to stick with this office and when they called me to book my appt. the girl told me it would be Thursday at 5:30 she then calls back the day before my appt to cancel saying they're going to be closed, after countless of attempts to reschedule I decided to go to a different dentist and I called oasis for those very expensive xrays they took and the girl put me on hold for more than 15 min, I hung up and called back and she told me that my X-rays would be ready for pick up the next day and that they close at 6. I rushed from my work to the dentist office and mind you I work near by so it's about a 5-6 min drive I get to the dentist office at 5:20 pm and surprise surprise the office is yet again closed. I was furious because their sign on the door has false hours of operation aka false advertisement. I finally decided to not even bother with these girls anymore and I have found a more professional dentist office. read more
