It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!

The dent repair itself was acceptable, although the paint color does not perfectly match the rest of the vehicle. While that was frustrating, it wasn't the biggest issue. The real problem was the billing process. The original paint costs were submitted to my insurance company and covered. After the work was underway, the shop generated a supplemental invoice that was never approved by my insurance company. More importantly, no one contacted me to explain the additional charges or obtain my authorization before proceeding. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly told I had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket before they would release my car. I was blindsided. There was no transparency, no communication, and no opportunity to discuss or approve the additional work or costs in advance. A reputable collision shop should communicate openly with customers about any supplemental charges before performing work that creates additional financial responsibility. Holding a customer's vehicle until an unexpected bill is paid is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expected. While the repair itself was adequate, the lack of communication, questionable billing practices, and surprise charges left me with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
