Their staff is so kind and helpful, and the work they do is excellent - both the dental work and on the administrative/billing side. I have gone for general checkups, cleanings, X-rays, and one filling. This past year, my employer changed dental insurance companies, and unfortunately Dr. Clemons was no longer in-network for my new insurance provider. When I called to cancel my cleaning appointment in order to switch to an in-network dentist, they offered to waive my out-of-pocket fee for that cleaning and helped recommend a new dentist who was in-network for me and would be totally covered under my new plan. The office is clean and modern, the staff is smart, friendly, and helpful, and the work they do is flawless. Thank you, Clemons Family Dentistry!

He also had his assistant take an impression of the teeth that needed work , remember, he scheduled my appointment during my examination and did not say nothing about down payment or anything. the following week on 12/21/22 I showed up to the appointment one hour early . His assistant was going to take me to the room but wants to check with Dr Villena about the monthly payments . He refused and demanded 1/2 down now . I advised him Thru his assistant that I will make the monthly payments but do not have the 1/2 down today . He refused and I left his office without any work done on my teeth which he knows very well that I needed it . I truly understand that he has a business to run and a family and life style to support, however he should not have, on the day of my procedure , refused to treat me when he and I had the chance to discuss his money requirements on the day he examined me . Now there is a possibility that I will lose the $2K if I do not locate a dentist to help me 5 days before the of the year . In short , I will not ever use Dr Villena , he did not care about his patien's mouth health and his dishonesty as a physician for not discussing his money requirement with me knowing my situation and the facts a shared with him when he scheduled me for my procedure on 12/21/22. I've been seeing him since 2013-14 and been very happy with his work and his attitude. I like his staff as well - always friendly and efficient. I have some VERY old fillings that another dentist wanted to replace in 2012. The teeth and the fillings weren't causing me any discomfort and, from my point of view, there was no reason to replace them except to build up a larger bill. Dr Glover said to just leave them alone until the outer shell of the molars started to break down, then I'd have to get crowns. 12 years later, I still have two of those molars, and saved a lot of money. Finding a talented and conservative dentist is hard - that description fits Dr. Glover 100%

I trusted her advice, and had the first 2 worked on right away. I left with rough-feeling teeth, from whatever filling material was used, and she said it would smooth out... That's when the pain and sensitivity started. I decided not to go back, because I simply couldn't afford to have my whole mouth feeling like the newly-worked on top corner of my mouth.
