Exceptional service!!!! I wish I could give these folks 10 stars all day.. Dr. Casey and Tech Lena Heard along with the entire staff helped us with the hard decision too put down our beloved 13yo GSP. We originally had seen them for what we thought was an abscessed tooth but was later informed when our pup was sedated that she had an inoperable tumor pushing against her tracheae. Our family was given options and care plans but we decided to end our pups suffering. In just conversing with Dr. Casey and Lena you could see they were generally upset with the situation and they both were so caring and compassionate with our pup and family especially our young children. The care and attention we received has made this our permanent vet for all our pets. Today a few weeks after this whole situation we received a card in the mail signed by the whole staff. My wife and I both broke down and cried as we read the comments. If you are looking for exceptional care for your pet with the most compassionate people in the veterinarian field this is the place for you! Exceptional service and dedication (not to mention almost a third of what we were quoted for dental procedures that included sedation) is what you'll find at this establishment. Again a huge thanks to Lena and Dr. Casey for treating our family and pets with a caring touch that made us feel better about our hard decision. Your establishment is truly a place that actually cares about their patients and their families. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I will make sure I recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.

    This tech is the best!

Today I had to take my chiwawa mix with issues of AHDS. The wait wasn't long . I am thankful for this facility. These folks are truly one of a kind. They care about our pets, they are compassionate, kind, gentle, and they love each and every pet that gets brought in. This is the second emergency I've had with Charlie. Dr.Iris Sulik and staff greated me and my fur baby with welcoming open arms. The entire staff and Dr. are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Thank you Dr.Iris for giving Charlie a second chance at life..Much Love to all...

Dr. Dan has taken care of all of our cats over the past 20 years (Hobart, Figaro, Mandy, Gyzmo, Guinness, Onyx and Gibson). He's a great vet and a caring person. His Vet Tech Karissa is friendly, knowledgeable and a great addition to DAH. We recently had to have our seventeen year old male cat, Gyzmo put to sleep as he was dieing of renal disease. Both Dr. Dan and Karissa showed so much compassion and support during a very difficult time. It's a small practice which I especially like as you rarely if ever have to wait and there are usually not a lot of other animals in the waiting area. All-in-all we've been extremely satisfied with DAH - I highly recommend Dr. Dan especially if you live in the neighborhood.

I've been bringing my 15+ year old cat Bella to the Denver Animal Hospital for a dozen year, and could not be happier with the care, from Dr D'Agustino's thorough assessments and close follow-up, to the front desk and the devoted assistants. Three cheers for their patience and willingness to think outside the box when it comes to a finicky older kitty! I like taking an active role in Bella's care, and find them flexible and willing to adjust to my perspectives. Clean, caring, professional.

Located by Wash Park, Denver Animal Hospital has been my family's vet since I was a kid. Dr. Berman took wonderful care of our family dogs, and then my own fur babies when I became an adult. When he decided to retire, at first I wasn't sure if I would continue to go there but as soon as I met Dr. Tadros I was immediately reassured. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, patient, and smart. She diagnosed both my dogs Pookie and Nico with mitral valve disease very early on, which I appreciated so that I could begin interventions immediately to prolong their lives. She has been wonderful and supportive when I received bad news that Pookie's heart disease had become severe/fatal and also when Carly was diagnosed with cancer. She was unbelievably kind when I lost both of them within 3 months of each other -- an incredibly devastating experience. I put my faith and trust in her to care for the most important things in my life -- my kiddos! I also want to say that I've interacted with the other vets at various times over the past 6 years and they are all great. Women supporting women! It's so cool that this clinic is dominated by intelligent and caring women

Standard with all adoptions from the DFL is a paid-for visit to a veterinarian.. they provided a list of clinics near me, GoodVets - GT was the closest. They got me in the next day. Monty & I arrived to the location, the staff was incredibly friendly & the good boy enjoyed several treats & pets from everyone. Unfortunately, the infection in his mouth was still present and I was told that he would need a couple of medications to finish it off as well as several vaccines. They provided several different options for Monty's vaccines at different price levels, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds at the time for the medications he needed for the infection in his mouth, let alone any of the vaccinations. I went home bummed out about the fact that I couldn't get Monty what he needed. I got a call later that day from GoodVets, and they had gotten in touch with the DFL, who provides a voucher that covers up to $250 for shelter related illnesses, so it paid for the cost of Montgomery's medications. Earlier this morning, I stopped in and grabbed the meds. Thank you, GoodVets - Golden Triangle for treating & ensuring that Montgomery, got the meds he needed. I genuinely appreciated that. Pros: Location, staff is A+, but the fact that they went through the extra effort to get Monty what he needed was what made me truly happy with the place. I made myself a reminder in my notes to give an honorable mention to Alex at the front desk, who was not only very nice but also incredibly helpful in regard to scheduling as well as any questions I had. A+ communication. I had also told myself that I would mention the Vet Tech who saw Monty, however her name alludes me now.

Well, it isn't up to me is it, because I'm not a vet, haven't studied animal health and have to be able to trust your recommendations. Which i clearly can't. Look elsewhere - good thread on Denver reddit about none PE owned vets if anyone is reading this and wants recommendations for actually good vets. Sometimes you worry about having someone you don't know well super well in your home for a few days at a time, but we never had any concerns with Nick! Nick's departure from DC was devastating to me and my roommate and our dogs. The boys rebelled when Nick moved back to TX. For weeks, they went on a destructive tear on the days Nick's replacement would come by. Seriously, that never happened when Nick was our walker! They loved him AND he wore them out! Hire Nick! Nick treated Charlie like his best bud and would send me pictures of their adventures. Charlie doesn't generally get very excited but when Nick came over to pick him up for walks he'd jump up and down with joy. Nick was also very good about communicating with me. Charlie's beagle instincts would lead him to eat junk off the ground so he regulary had to go to the vet. When Charlie had health issues, Nick would ask about how his buddy was doing (even on weekends and late hours) and reassure me that he would watch over him when they were together. More recently, I had to go out of town unexpectedly for work and Nick switched his schedule around so that he could watch Charlie. He really went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend Nick enough. Anyone would be lucky to have him care for their cherished pet.

First- 2 visits ago they had him listed as a 2 year old. He's been going there 3 years so it's not possible for him to age backwards. Plus they have his file scanned from his adoption showing his birthdate. I informed them he was 6. My most recent visit I see on his file that he is now 4. I crossed it out and changed it again back to 6. The reason this is serious to me is because they keep referencing his age when analyzing his conditions and saying blah blah "for such a young cat." But he's not 2. Or 4. He's 6. And his name also is not Oliver... I went in on a Monday and had bloodwork done. They were supposed to call the next day with results but didn't. And not the next day either. His vet had gotten sick and called out and it would've been under her specific file to call me, but given I had called inquiring I feel a different professional should've been able to at least convey the results to me more quickly. Finally, today I dropped him off at 7:45 for an ultrasound. I had been under the impression and told that it would occur between 9-12. I just called and the tech didn't even get there until after 11. Now he has to sit there for a bit longer and I had been counting down minutes to get his results. I loved this vet and I'm really sad about what's happening there. Not sure if the switched systems or something but normally they, and especially Kim, are super good at communicating and doing everything they can. Now I feel weird leaving him with them because they don't even know his name... age... when the doctor will be there...
