First time here. Sean greeted us as we browsed the store looking for a matching coffee table and end table. No pressure sales which was nice. However, it seemed that at every turn, every item we wanted to purchase was only part of a set or it had to be ordered. We could purchase floor models that were dinged and scratched but no discount. We finally decided to buy a set but the end tables had to be ordered. Also purchased an are rug. We traveled from Bandon Oregon to the store in Medford to look at dining chairs. We were interested in ordering r chairs at $599 each. The clerk, Shawn, took my number and gave me his business card . He was supposed to contact me when he contacted the company to order the chairs. He never called and never responded to 3 voice messages. I guess. A sale of almost $2,400 did not matter. I went into the store for the first time on 10/9, looking for a lamp. The sales associate was very polite and did not follow me around or pressure me, which I appreciated. I did not find the perfect lamp, but out of the blue found a lovely wooden bowl for my coffee table. Handed the salesperson cash ($29), and he asked for my phone number. I declined to give my number to purchase a bowl? He then asked another associate if he could just let me buy the bowl and they said absolutely not. Not without a phone number. I did not want to give a fake number, etc. and resented the intrusion into my personal info. Sadly, though I am looking for new furniture, I will never go back. Ok so let's say the prices are good but, You Pay For What You Get!! And buyers beware of the so called extended warranty! There idea is you up load a picture to them on your computer and based on that picture they decided to honor their warranty or NOT! Guess you can guess what happen there... plus my recliner broke over 2 months ago and lm still waiting on a call after making 4 calls and waiting on some repair guy to get his butt out here and fix it!! Yes they did fix one of the other recliners that also broke 2's but that's only because we agreed to pay extra and up grade it!! Still waiting on the other part to fix the other one!! I've had OK experiences buying mattresses here, but this latest debacle is probably the last experience I'll have with this place. Ordered three matching pieces for our living and dining rooms at the showroom in early January. Delivery was scheduled for 1/22, when it arrived, one piece wasn't even brought in it was so damaged, the sofa table was lopsided so it wobbled, and the end table had scratches and gouges in it. All three had to be reordered. Was told 10-14 days, and am now finding out that one piece hasn't left the warehouse in Mississippi, and the other two are "in transit" from Colorado. Next Wednesday is the soonest they can deliver. So unless you like waiting months for mid-grade furniture that will probably arrived damaged or in unacceptable condition, I'd avoid Furniture Row as I'll be doing from here on out. read more

Decent furniture and a broad selection, but the prices can be a bit on the steep side. Lately, the quality seems to be slipping a bit too. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the past eight years and a couple recent purchases (a couch and an ottoman) have started to show premature wear after less than a year, with ripped seams and buttons popping off. Nothing that can't be fixed, but it's still an issue. Some good deals can be had when things are on sale, and some fantastic deals can be had in the clearance section on the back wall of the Oak Express part. It's pretty hit-or-miss but a few years back, got a nice armoire for $250, marked down from $1,300, because it had a small scratch on the side. Salespeople tend to be friendly without being overly pushy. read more

Do not recommend this place. Bought $600 victoria bed for daughter. Arrived about 2 weeks after placing order which is what store told me. Picked up bed (did not pay the extra fee to have it delivered to my house), unpacked at home and discovered the bed broken in 3 pieces. Bed is mostly particle board probable made in some recycling plant in China. Called store manager who said no problem, will have a new bed ordered and simply replace the old....for a fee to have it delivered...since I did not pay for delivery initially. I replied that to charge me a fee to have a new bed delivered, given the circumstances, is not logical and not a good business practice. After arguing with manager for 5 minutes, asked to speak to his manager but his manager was someone at corporate. After asking to speak to someone at corporate, he said he would go through process to get it approved to have the delivery fee waived for my situation. Fee was waived...currently waiting on new bed....final verdict still not out but my rating will not change based on poor product and customer service. Very good prices but I was stunned by how lax they are about Covid 19 precautions. We were at the complex on Sunday and saw one family come in - all without masks - and they walked throughout the store, trying out various couches and talking to salespeople but weren't asked to cover up. Subject - DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM FURNITURE ROW Completely aggravated by our experience purchasing a couch and love seat from this store a few years ago - here's why: they push their "warranty" saying it will cover the furniture for 5 years. This is absolutely the furthest thing from the truth. The company they sell warranties through - Great White Bottling - is a complete SCAM. Go take a look at their Google Reviews and you will see. The other reason I am giving one star, is due to the complete lack of quality of their couches and loveseats. We should have known when the set we purchased had to be replaced within 8 months due to falling apart. Being under the 1 year manufacturers warranty, we actually received a new (or refurbished) couch and loveseat. However, the compartment lid for the love seat was misaligned, and both couches quickly deteriorated. We thought we were ok, because we had purchased the 5 year warranty. Think again! Here is the review I just posted on their 5 year warranty company's page: SCAM ALERT! This company (Great White Bottling) is a total sham... DO NOT buy their warranty at Furniture Row! After exchanging an excess of 20 emails (some where they asked for the same information over and over) over a two month period, for a couch that is literally falling apart, their final determination was as follows: "We have reviewed your claim and based on your description and photos of the damage the problem is cushion gapping or shifting, seam separation under foot rest and cushion deflation on your sofa and love seat. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this issue as the warranty is limited to accidental damages but does not cover gapping, seam separations or deflation of the cushions from use. If you would like a referral for a technician in your area please let us know. We apologize for any inconvenience." We submitted over 16 photos, gave detailed descriptions of the problem, and basically wasted hours of our time. The BBB needs to shut these criminals (Great White Bottling) down! read more

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa. Shawn was very nice and didn't hover us. He gave us time to discuss among ourselves and that was appreciated. We found a winner! A very nice sectional for a really great price on sale. We found shawn and let him know what we decided. Their systems were down so he had brought over the sale ticket to the counter and did some math. The sectional that was on the sales floor wasn't even a match to the sale price. The sale price was for a variation of the sectional and didn't include the wedge piece or the storage section even though it was included in the actual couch I was sitting on and supposed to be representing. Very misleading! We found this out in 2 different times however. We were told the price didnt include the wedge while we were sitting there. Shawn also said we were about $50 away from getting another $100 off so we looked around. Finally found something to add for that extra discount. The systems were still down so we left and he was to call us when it was back up. He called us about 2ish hours later to let us know the final price and to finish the transaction. He forgot to add in the military discount and had to do that. Hung up and had to call him back because he didnt put in our extra item, the one to push us over the edge for the other discount. He then said we didn't have to get it cause he had to add the storage piece onto the total amd that pushed us over. Ok, that added more than was expected. We get a call about 10 min later and were told since the sectional was on a discount for their labor day sale they couldn't add on the military discount. That added another $100 on to this sectional. This couch got more expensive everytime we talked to them. Everything got so annoying we almost said just forget it. With the mistake of the military discount they said they would do free delivery instead. So, that was nice. All in all it got very frustrating and cost more than originally even quoted. read more

The delivery was on time and the guys who delivered the furniture were friendly and very careful. All the furniture was delivered without damage. In summary. Even though there are a few bad reviews on Yelp. I was pleased with the service and overall quality of the furniture we purchased. I would recommend giving them a try. We had the luck of the draw at Furniture Row being greeted by Bobby, the sales manager. Confident. Good listener. Asked appropriate questions and knew the product well. Seamless segue into financing choices FR offered. Bobby also offered at least two discounts that were available during the Memorial Day sale. Only hiccup was delivery. Guys left without hooking up all the modules. With a couple of calls was able to get the delivery finished properly. This is our third go round with Furniture row (one being a mattress purchase) and for a local furniture store in southern Oregon, they make the experience of buying funiture a breeze. We bought a couch, a bit over $2000, and waited 4 weeks for deliver. It arrived --and looks used. In particular the material on the back of it is not flat. It has been stretched out, like something pushed on the material for some time and it no longer sticks to the frame. It looks horrible, and our couch is in the middle of the living room so the back is quite visible, even from the kitchen. Variety and prices are a plus. Expectation of what you're actually getting, when you're supposed to get it, is highly lacking. We were looking at several different sets of furniture and decided on certain ones due to them being delivered sooner. Sure enough, we aren't expected to get them until a week after we were quoted. Being someone who has a husband that works out of town during the week, and Furniture Row expecting a room completely empty for them to deliver furniture, it's quite frustrating. For the sake of future business-don't quote unrealistic dates just to make your sale. You just lost a LOT of business. I'm sure it won't be made right on your part, but if I can atleast forewarn other customers before expecting your furniture when it's quoted-I'd rather save them the time that I lost waiting around and having to round people up to help me move stuff around a week later than expected. read more

I disagree with other reviewers. I had great customer service. The couch I first purchased had to be returned twice. No problem, they came and got it and brought the replacement. The second time they let me choose a different couch. No problem. After the second couch broke down we really researched and found that pretty much they all do. The trick is to find great people at the store to work with. A very nice group of young men and the delivery guys are respectful of our purchase and of us. Horrid customer service and delivery time, my delivery went from two to four weeks on furniture for all rooms in a house we were moving into. First they didn't give me all my rcpt , said it only printed first page, but I'd get them via email. A week later I was still waiting, three calls later I got them. Turns out some of my order had the wrong phone number attached and didn't link. Then although it was in Denver when I ordered, half my order didn't come "they aren't sure why but maybe the truck was full." This news I got from The Mattress Store, not even furniture row a week ahead of time, as they reviewed my impending delivery date. And when I called row, they told me one item and wld spend the following week calling every few days to tell me what more wasn't coming. Then the extra week extended into an extra two, but not to worry it will be delivered first on that delivery day... except of course it changed. As it was imperative we got furniture, we got loaners, which gives them the one star. But the crappy loaner dining room chair cracked when my mother sat in it! Hoping this isn't an indicator in my furniture coming! They also took off delivery fee, which as it's 100 percent longer than the delivery, I appreciate but also expect. Bottom line, if you need it, don't get it from Furniture Row. I saw comparable furniture on overstock and if I knew the first phone call it'd be as long as it was, I'd have gone to overstock. Customer service is horrible! We bought a trundle bed for our son's room and it came in and was delivered in 2 to 3 weeks as promised. After the delivery men set it up I went in to look at it and saw a huge scratch across the entire front of the trundle. When I pointed it they told me they had no idea how it got there. Really? They brought the bed in in boxes and used a box knife to open them. Hmmm Anyway, I told them I would not accept the piece as was and they told me they would order a new trundle and deliver it within 2 weeks. Well... two, then 3 weeks came and went without a call from the furniture store so I finally called them to find out what the holdup was. The gentleman I talked to (who's name I unfortunately didn't get) told me that the trundle was not only there in the store but had been. He told me I would need to talk to Daniel, the original sales person who was, of course, off until the following day but assured me he would have him call me to set up a delivery time within the next 1-3 days. Two days later when I still haven't heard anything I called Furniture Row yet again. This time I got to speak to Ronnie who assured me he was a manager and, after hearing my story and why I was less than happy basically told me that it wasn't his problem and the earliest they could deliver the trundle was in 6 days. He even went so far as to say " if you've been in the store recently than you know how effing busy we are". I honestly couldn't believe my ears! To say I was shocked and appalled is an understatement! We chose to order our son's bed from this store because of the quick delivery time. We needed the bed - and trundle - sooner than a normal furniture stores six to eight week delivery time. How ironic that not only did we have to deal with completely unprofessional people but we had to wait just as long as if we'd gone to a reputable business. Save yourself the headache and the hassle and don't buy anything from Furniture Row. You'll be much happier in the end, I promise. read more

We had seen the set we wanted on sale at Christmas, but waited too long to order it. Ronnie told us that he'd look out for when it went on sale again and as soon as it did he gave us a call and helped us when we came to the store.
