This store has great prices and selection! Highly recommended. I got a 550 dollar suitcase for 420 out the door (that is after tax btw). The store layout is clean and the staff very helpful.Their prices are always low so I did wonder why the main sales lady lied about a 20% discount "due to labor day". I asked another sales guy if they had any labor day sales (after lie-lady went to the back to fetch my goods) and he said "no, unfortunately not." That is the reason for the 1 star getting knocked off. Weeks prior, I looked for the same luggage and was told about the whole store being 20% off, so that is 2/3 in the "no" corner that there was no Labor Day discount going on. Saying the store is always selling discounted legit goods regardless of holiday would actually have been a better selling point. And they are legit. No refunds, only exchanges within 30 days, and they keep your transaction on file if you do forget your receipt. That is a great plus. read more

Before I went to France, I bought a hair dryer and other items from Noble Luggage. Ajju is very nice, professional, and helpful. The unit (hair dryer) is a defective unit, it did not work when I was in France. After I came back, I brought the unit to Ajju. With no questions asked, he gladly refunded my money that I paid for this defective unit. Talking about great customer service. I highly recommend this Noble Luggage. I keep the rest of the items I bought. I only returned this defective unit (from the manufacturer, not from Noble Luggage). BTW, Noble Luggage does not sell defective items. I just want to make it clear. It just happens that this item is defective. Noble Luggage is only the Reseller, not the manufacturer. Noble Luggage never sells defective items. Now, we're clear on this issue. Disclaimer: I don't know Ajju at all, and this is my own experience. Each would have his/her own call of matter with Noble Luggage. Spent 25 minutes outside of a closed store (during business hours and during the busy lunch hour) to a sign that said "Be Right Back." Apparently "Be Right Back" means more than twenty five minutes. In the future, I would suggest stating specifically what time you will be back so that customers are not waiting around wasting their valuable time on your poor customer service. Better yet, why not STAY OPEN during normal business hours? Very disappointed. read more

I was having a difficult time finding a small fanny pack or backpack for an event I was to attend in less than a week. I walked throughout the whole mall before deciding to step into Noble Luggage. I must admit, I did not expect to find exactly what I wanted, but i was extremely surprised by the customer service! The young lady who works there, Nazo, helped me find what I needed! And my purchase wasn't even put on display! She took the time to rummage through the back storage to insure my satisfaction, something I rarely see with other sales employees. I highly recommend stopping by this place if you ever need a suitcase or miscellaneous carry on items. I came to get a luggage repaired. They were very honest and said that is better to buy new luggage instead of the repair costs. The price seemed fair, but I was hoping the cost would be less. They offered to sell luggage from the store, but I decided to look elsewhere because the prices looked too high, even though they offered a discount. They did sell quality luggage, but not a big selection (All I saw was Delsey). I would go here again if I need a more minor repair, especially since there isn't too many luggage repair places in the South Bay area. read more

Bought a Rimowa Salsa Air here last year (2015) for my business trip. Since I travel frequently for work for extended period of time, it works perfectly with the light weight. However, one of the wheels fell apart during my last trip, and I had to take it back for repair. Initially I thought they would have to send it back, but when I brought it back to the store, the owner had a part ready and replaced it for me right on the spot! Took less than 5 minutes and off I went. It was really convenient and it was great knowing that if you buy the luggage here, you will be taken care of for future warranty and repair.
