We got a courtesy reminder the day before the technicians were scheduled to come. Zach and Tevin arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. They were also very good-natured about our barky dogs! The result is better than we ever expected- so beautiful and realistic. You would never think it was an after-market insert. Sam was great to speak with and he answered all of my questions and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote (given all the increased taxes and tariffs due to the Trump administration ripping off Americans!!) and scheduled time for them to come and install a new gas insert. The installers were quick and professional and did a good job installing the new gas insert, everything looks great and the fire is warm. :)
