This car company is bull shit!! They have a sensor on your car that can cut the vehicle off you have to get a code to enter on a remote to restart your vehicle. Alberto is not a good sales person the vehicle on the lot is a waste because when it breaks down they won't fix it. Made a car payment wasn't behind they took my vehicle when I was at work for no reason and I don't make payments to the they sent me to another agency to make my payments. I wouldn't recommend this company t a dog to get a vehicle from you will be pissed off at this company. You would want to sue them just for the crooked stuff they pull with customers.. No joke people lying in here if they ever said they had great service with this company. read more

I wish I could give a lower star review. I found this place because I had a company lined up to finance me. I spotted a Jeep on line and made an appointment to test drive it. When I got there they were actually very, very nice and said I'd be driving the Jeep out if there that day. Honestly that day one of the salespeople 'Ray' sat there and went out of his way to get me financed. My credit was not the worst but it wasn't the best either. They did get me financed, I did drive the Jeep home. I was very happy. They asked me how long it would take to come up w 2000 down and I said three wks. I put 500 down and they said I could pay them the rest in installments at their office. This worked out good for me , they covered the rest of the down payment. What I did t realize at the time was they lied to my Credit Union. Due to Covid and my Jeep breaking down I got behind on everything financial. The Jeep wasn't running and I couldn't work. I towed the Jeep to Avalanche which they always said if it ever needed service to take it to them. It was wintertime and I sat in the Jeep for over two weeks. It was parked on the street on Kalamath off of Mississippi which is very scary and dark at night. I could not lock the Jeep because it had no power. I asked them if they could park it in their yard and they said sure...(which they didn't let me) I was being told by the police it had to be off the street because it was not running, and had a flat tire.. I asked Avalanche if I could get it put in their yard and then 'sure' turned into "no". I just got caught up w my payments at the credit union. They were concerned about me being behind even tho I did not pay them, I was financed by my credit union. Anyway, they never came out and talked to me, never acknowledged me in the two plus weeks I sat out in the cold. Ignored my emails, texts and phone calls and so I wound up having it towed again. I checked w the Better Business Burea and they have had many complaints and they do not answer the complaints so BBB has them on the black list. I used to refer every one to them and thought they were a bunch of great guys. Turns out they only cared when they were making the sale. I would not refer these guys to my worst enemies now. How sad that they had no compassion or empathy for someone sitting out in the cold waiting day after day for any kind of response from them. When I was discussing my account w the Credit Union, they asked me if I still worked at such and such place...I can't remember what company they said but Avalanche. made up something on the application for their gain. Amazing how they can lie but can't help a customer when in need. read more

I got a great car from here, at a great price. Service was lovely, and they sold the car at its highest quality because that had mechanics look at it before sale. These guys are absolutely horrible!! As a person in the industry I have certain expectations as far as service and ethics when it comes to salvage. If you are told something over the phone to get your business, it should be honored. These guys said they had the part that my shop would need and if not we could return it. After purchase we found the part to be incorrect, from the same model vehicle but absolutely not the same application. Upon going back to return the part, the gentleman behind the desk tried to tell me I was wrong because according to his ancient windows 95 catalog, that's what it was. My shop uses the latest software in order to provide accurate service, so I was well versed in the part required. After the gentleman realized I knew what I was talking about. He told me there would be no refund and to keep if we want store credit, which is of no use to me since they are obviously an inadequate facility. In this industry, honesty and integrity are invaluable. I can only imagine what these guys do to the average walk-in customer. I will not be back to avalanche nor would I recommend them to anyone. read more
