Our family recently left on a trip & left our kitty with a dog/cat sitter. Unbeknownst to us, they had also recently had fleas. Those little parasites apparently spotted fresh blood and took a ride home with our fur baby. The vet told us to contact a pest control company along with the prescription he gave. We have been working with Ryan and Mr. Exterminator for 10+ years. He is a great guy and comes when we need him. Along with our regular pest control service, he has come at a moments notice. Once during some construction when they opened up an area of the floor and found droppings and again when we had a serious ant problem. A friend of mine referred me to Ryan after he had his house tented for termites. I was aware that there was a trace of termites in my attic but wanted to have a complete inspection. Ryan came over and inspected the entire attic as well as the roof and the exterior of the house. He only found a small localized area in the attic where there was indication of termite activity. He also pointed out some areas on the exterior where we had some wood trim that was showing signs of rot. We were able to eradicate the termites with spraying and did not have to go with the much more expensive tenting and moving out of the house for 3 days. Ryan was professional, thorough and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His bid was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. It's been about 10 months since we last used Mr. Exterminator. Now that we're an established client it was so easy to setup an appointment. Picked a date and time, Ryan stopped by and sprayed baseboards in the house, put out the magic straws that poison the ants (and send them back to their colony to infect the rest of their posse) and then we did the outside granular treatment as well. As before, shows up on time, and on budget, in and out in less than 20 minutes and problem solved. If you've got pests of any kind, spiders, ants, termites and more you should call Ryan. Now we've used him 3 or 4 times and every time it's been a good experience. He delivers and if you still have ants or whatever he will come back and make it right. You really can't lose. Did I mention that the price was a deal for what you get? When I was updating this review I thought it would just add on to my previous review. Ryan and been 5 stars each time. Don't use this guy he sucks. He sucks so bad I couldn't even refer him to someone I didn't like. This guy doesn't like to do his job and he complains when he has to go to a site to do a job. He won't remove any dead rodents or droppings they leave behind. He doesn't even know what Hantavirus is. Umm hello? Really? You're the exterminator that's kind of a big deal. Hantavirus is in rodent droppings and is harmful to human beings. read more

Mr Exterminator has been our service provider at our home for over 5 years and we have always been very happy with the service. We're on a recurring schedule so I don't often think about it but when ever I've had one off pest issues they've been very responsive. Love this company. They are right on schedule, helped me to understand the process, provided me with the information that I needed to make the best choices on my rental property.. We were fighting an ant and spider problem that was just unbeliveabel. I think it has a lot to do with all of the nurseries that surround the home. I want to keep my tenants happy, but I live out of the area, and I cannot be on call for them for this. The house is now on a regular schedule, and my tenants haven't had any problems with ants or spiders. I have been telling all of my friends about this company! read more

We had their exterminator come out to our house twice in less than 30 days to take care of an ant problem. He was very polite during the visits, but he didn't take care of the issue either time. He doesn't guarantee his work (his own words) and will charge $65 dollars for another visit when the bug problem doesn't go away. read more
