The food is decent, you know what the menu and food will be like in places like this. With most items made to order and an actual grill being used, you usually can't go wrong. I ordered the Big Italian Beef Sandwich. It showed up with very little beef in the bread. I mean not even enough to fill the regular size one. They charged $10.69 for a longer bread, it was not wet like I ordered. and it had hot peppers instead of sweet peppers. Nothing like I am used to, and nothing like the photos. Failure once again. I am going to go to the Crystal Lake location and order the same sandwich. If it is lacking, then Portillo's corporate is making a big mistake.
