I was in the ballpark of knowing what sort of e-bike to get (tech-spec wise), but wanted it within a certain budget range, which was out of scope for my knowledge. Art helped me pick and choose what bike options I had within their inventory. Ultimately I took up on his decision on getting a Mangosteen e-bike. Art's recommendations and advice was the best to understand and good to know. If you end up working with Art, He'd hook you up. Store Pros: A LOT of e-bikes to choose from. They had a much bigger inventory than expected, since from the outside the store looks small. You'll most likely find something you'd like here. Accessories are readily available in-store as well. If you need a new bike lock, helmet, or maintenance parts (brake pads, and other misc. parts), they will be readily available in-store. Store Cons: While the store had a great inventory to look and choose from, it was more on the pricier side. Again, It's subjective per person, but from what I remember from browsing around, most e-bikes in this location start from $1,250+. While there are some affordable e-bikes in this location, the starting price might deter budget-friendly buyers from this location. Due note: the upside to these higher prices is that the bikes come pre-assembled, and labor fees are NOT included when buying the bike. That's a plus in my book. Only one employee may be available at a time. No shade to Art (more than anything go to him before anyone else.). Since there's typically one person on the floor to help customers out, there may be a chance of long wait times if the employee is helping someone else out in the store. If you're an impatient person, this will be a red flag to you. For anyone else that is patient, It's worth the wait. Overall: I'll definitely be coming back to this shop for bike-related maintenance, questions, and possibly buy more bikes in the future if need be. But depending on who you're with, your experience may vary. I can happily vouch for Art, His work and commitment on helping me out has been outstanding.

After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding

Not their fault but when I asked what size spokes I needed they told me 193 for front and back... which I immediately knew was wrong. They just threw out a random number at me when I already know drive side and non-drive side on the back wheel and the front wheel are all different size spokes. So I told them no worries I'll go order them and come back so you guys can build them for me and they said okay and again confirmed if they were sure if it was 193... so they were willing to let me go buy the wrong sizes and come back in for them to still not be able to build them lol. It's a good thing I know a little bit more about bikes because unfortunately somebody else would have been VERY mad. Hope they like review! Don't go here! Place is also a dump!!!

When I went to go pick up my skates I then spoke with Kevin and he mentioned he didn't want to start because I had OTHER issues going on with my skates...once he explained to me step by step what he was going to do with the option I chose, I said ok and waited for like a hour which is not bad at all and then he recommended a different plate which I plan on getting for my birthday in October, OVERALL the prices were reasonable, the WHOLE staff is wonderful, patient, communicative, incredible people who really take care of their customers, I WILL definitely recommend this place and I'll be back soon thank you all!!!!!!

The woman who helped us with our rental was especially kind, patient, and accommodating, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived with less than two hours left before closing, fully expecting to have our ride time cut short. Instead, she kindly offered to let us enjoy the full two hours and offered to stay late just for us. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated! The rental process was quick and hassle free, and in no time, our family was out exploring. The bikes rode great, and clearly very well maintained, it made the experience fun and easy for us all. The rental also included helmets and bike locks incase we wanted to stop off somewhere, we would be able to lock the bikes up worry free. Their rates are extremely reasonable, especially for a group of four. You can tell Ape Ryder values both quality and customer satisfaction. The store itself was clean, spacious, and well organized, which just added to the overall great impression.
