In utilizing the yelp platform, we proceeded to give a call to the office to schedule. They were very prompt to schedule a free in home consultation the very next day. Jeff was our sales representative and he was very courteous and helped guide us thru the process. We wanted to ensure getting a set of windows changed and he helped do an initial measure and then gave us a run down presentation of our options and the technology behind the windows being replaced ( retrofits). We even had a chance to talk about grids and learn new terms and technology about the windows themselves! Jeff was super patient with us and answered all our questions, even as we had little ones to deal with around the home.
