I cannot recommend Doctor Tang and his team enough. We were in an unusual spot----my son's facial muscles were stressed after a wide yawn. He was feeling pain and worried that his bite may not align. Our regular dentist wasn't comfortable seeing him and referred us straight to oral surgeons, but we were looking for a quicker evaluation. After Google Gemini recommended Doctor Tang, I reached out to this office. Emily was incredible from the first phone call. Not only did they fit us in for a same-day appointment, but they actually moved the time to after-school hours so my son didn't have to miss class. To top it off, they provided a free evaluation to help us understand what was going on. Doctor Tang was professional, calm, and thorough. He confirmed it was a muscle issue and gave us a clear plan to rest and recover, saving us a lot of unnecessary stress and expensive specialist visits. Dr. Tang is wonderful. I had fillings done at a different office years ago and was traumatized by the needles, drilling and pain. Dr. Tang let me know that I needed some fillings fixed because of their old age and there was some decay happening under the filling. First of all, the numbing shots did not hurt at all. Secondly, he walked me through each step and the actual procedure part was painless and fine. Another cool thing about the office, he showed me actual pictures (different from x rays) to show me the problem areas so I could see for myself. Pam his assistant is also very kind and warm and she put me at ease. Front desk is nice, prompt and helpful. Parking is easy and near the office. Amazing Dental office. I came here to finally take care of my teeth after they had been neglected for quite a few years Allie and Melanie did an amazing deep cleaning Allie was incredibly efficient and Melanie was so caring. Matt did my xrays. Sue was very informative in going through my upcoming work and insurance coverage. Dr. Adams was professional and informed me about my options in a professional and unhurried manner. Emily at the reception was so helpful and was able to find open slots for me to visit. I recently went to see Dr. Tang for a crown that fell off. He took over the office from my previous dentist who moved out of state. My crown had fallen off the night before and I called the office on a Friday (they are only open by appointment on Friday), and they were able to get me in right away for an evaluation and to see if they could temporarily glue the crown back on until I could see Dr. Tang for a permanent one. Emily and Lily were in the office when I first came in, and not having a first impression of the new staff as I had not been in since my dentist left, I wasn't sure what to expect. They were so very welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Matt was in and took a look and was able to glue the crown back on for me. He was so wonderful and kind and caring. All of the apprehension I had with coming to a new dentist was completely gone after meeting Dr. Tang's staff. I knew that Dr. Tang must be wonderful as well because of the people he had chosen to have in his office. I went in a few days later and met Dr. Tang and my feeling was spot on. He is the kindest, most caring dentist I have ever been to and I have been to many dentists in my 60 years. The Novocain shots he gave me were absolutely painless. Matt was able to get a digital impression of my teeth where the crown was to be replaced, rather than using the old gooey impression stuff I had been accustomed to in the past. I had some anxiety about the impression part and was very pleased when they said they could do it digitally! They actually made the crown while I was there, and Matt showed me the machine they used to make it. I was amazed at all the new technology that I hadn't experienced before and it made the visit so much more pleasant. I have other work that needs to be done and now I have no qualms about going back to Dr. Tang. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Tang. Went to this clinic last year. They sent me out for scanning at a specialist. After the scan, despite calls and emails I made to Adams, just no reply. Wasted my time and money. A year later, they contacted me for annual teeth cleaning. I told them how they handled my case last year. They just said sorry to hear; they were short-staffed and have a good week. Not even a proper apology or deal with my issue. Not recommended at all. read more

I went to see Dr. Tang for an exam a couple of weeks ago. My bottom molar was loose and I wanted to get an opinion on whether to extract the tooth or not. Dr. Tang checked my tooth and took the time to explain my condition and what my options were. Dr. Tang was very patient and I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot. He also took the time to check the rest of my teeth. Dr. Tang was very gentle and listened to all my concerns. All the staff that I interacted with was also very pleasant and professional. read more

I was referred to Dr. Tang today by my new regular dentist when I had (what I thought might be) a dental emergency because the new dentist's office was closed and he was unavailable for an emergency visit at that time. As per my previous review, I hadn't met Dr. Tang because Dr. Adams hadn't yet left the practice at that time. Today Dr. Tang was kind enough to see me for my (what turned out not to be an) emergency. It was a brief appointment, but I got a good impression from that encounter. I never followed up to see how he would have resolved my previous complaint about my experience with the office, but since he did offer to resolve it, I'll give him that and up my rating to 4 stars. Since I did have the previous bad experience with the office (though granted, it wasn't really his practice yet at that time) and since I don't have enough information to give a rave review, I decided to go with 4. But I did feel quite comfortable with him and it seemed only fair to update this review with this new information. read more

I went to Dr. Todd Adams after avoiding going to a dentist for many years. I had this phobia of dentists for a long time but the Doctor and his staff were so fantastic - they made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Everybody in this clinic is very friendly, respectful and courteous - it made the whole experience wonderful. I even had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted in one sitting by Dr. Phan who was so phenomenal in what he did and how he did it. I had minimal discomfort and the surgery was a success! He was caring enough to actually call and check on me the evening of the surgery to check if I was doing ok - I was very touched! Truly world class service with a very personal touch :) For anyone fearful of going to a dentist - I highly recommend this place. It will change your whole perception of what a dentist's office can be. read more

I got billed for x-rays that weren't taken and the filling that Dr. Tang did on me still hurts. I went to a friends dentist and they adjusted it painlessly in 5 minutes and it feels a ton better. I don't even know if it needed to be done, I've had good experiences with Dr. Adams before but I wont be back. read more

I've been visiting Dr. Adams and the team for 6 or 7 years. Always top notch, professional, extremely friendly, and timely care at their office. Super clean environment with modern equipment and processes. Recently visited during COVID and the precautions in place were really excellent. They've had the floors redone, removing all carpeted surfaces for easy cleaning, everyone wearing plenty of PPE, air purifiers running in each room, and multiple screenings before we were let into the building. read more

Dr. Todd Adams has been our dentist for over 5+ years. The office is clean, well appointed. His staff his competent, friendly, helpful, and engaging. Dr. Adams is congenial, experienced, responsive, and talented. My husband and I feel fortunate to have a dentist with his expertise and talent. Just today I had a wisdom tooth replaced. I was amazed how easy the procedure was, and felt both he and his assistant were competent, professional, and explained what they were doing and what to expect. When I left the office, I told my husband that I could almost say I spent an hour and a half at a spa! Ridiculous statement, but the essence was true to the description. The day before I had gone in for a six month teeth cleaning, and was able to tell the dental assistant that it was the best cleaning I had ever had. Went for a simple regular check up and cleaning for my 7 yr old. Appointment was at 1:30. All the time I was thinking that Dr. Todd would come to see my kid, but the nurse did everything before Dr Todd attended. She told all her stories of summer vacation and did all the time pass with us just to entertain us while we are impatiently waiting for Dr Todd to come. He then came, looked at my kid's teeth and said he might need braces and asked to get referral slips from the front desk. That's it. I would not have gone to a dentist place where I will be completely taken care of a nurse rather than the main doctor. Will not visit again read more

Dr. Adams and his staff are excellent. I've been going to Dr. Adams for a few years now. Dr. Adams has good hands, is gentle and does a terrific job on examinations, fillings and more advanced procedures. Recently he installed two crowns for me. He did a great job and they feel terrific. I've had a total of seven crowns installed and the two done by Dr. Adams feel, by far, the best of any I've had. I was referred to Dr. Adams from a guy my husband works with. He was a friend of his. Based on this we tried him. I was expecting the usual dentistry with adequate hygienists and a dentist I can go to for routine cleanings. What I found was an amazing staff who takes customer service to heart. The service from the front staff has always been with a smile. When I've had questions with my bill, they take the time to help me understand. I may still owe them $$ but I'll most likely pay them gladly. The dental staff and Dr are thorough. I've had a few cleanings there now and they educate when they find something in my mouth to talk about. I feel respected and validated. My young daughter has had a few fillings at their office and with the first filling she was freaked out and scared. The dental staff tried all the tricks to calm her down, were patient with her, and we eventually got through it. Netflix streaming her favorite show helped. My family is very happy with this office and would recommend Dr. Adams if you're looking for a great experience. read more

The best dentist ever!! His technology is amazing!! I love that he makes his own crowns in his office!! I recently had a crown done and the fit was right on the first try! Something my old dentist never did.. It was nice walking out with my crown and not having to wait two weeks! I also love that he has a camera that goes in your mouth.. Which is how we discovered i had two cracked teeth something my last dentist over looked.. And he has a mouthpiece he uses during procedure that distributes air and water and keeps your mouth open! And he provides safety glasses... Lol Hes adorable! All staff are friendly and he has a fridge in lobby with cold beverages! Highly recommend Dr. Adams!
