After a decade of loyalty and bringing new customers to the business, I expected at least some acknowledgment or appreciation for that support. Unfortunately, loyalty clearly doesn't seem to mean much here. To make matters worse, I no longer feel that the services justify continuing to spend my money there. Many of their facial services are very basic, and a large portion of what they offer is also regularly available through Groupon. It's disappointing because I genuinely supported this business and recommended it to others for years. But customer loyalty should go both ways.
