The front desk receptionist was pleasant enough, but nothing stood out in terms of customer service. The staff member who brought me back, took my photos, and prepared me to meet with the registered nurse came across as annoyed and uninterested. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, and the interaction felt very transactional. Botox can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time.
