I pre-purchased a new patient special for Morpheus 8. The staff was very nice but immediately talked me out of Morpheus telling me that I would do much better with 2 "stacked" treatments and the cost would be the same. What the nurse failed to say was the cost for treatment 1 was the same, the 2nd treatment was more. It was only a few hundred more so I let it slide, but made a mental note. Returned 6 weeks later for round two. Like the first time I was offered a "new, much better" treatment and it was the same price! I made it clear I had a budget and needed to be respectful of it. I called in to get a quote for the treatment PRIOR to the appointment. The injector spent the entire appointment trying to upsell me different treatments and add ons. I was very clear I wasn't interested in filler yet she couldn't stop talking about filler. Finally when my appointment was over, after everything I said, after I got a quote and was told my treatments were the same price my bill was $700 more! Not this time! I refused to pay, told them my quote, the injectors failure to disclose total costs and bullying tactics. The bill was reduced by $400. It's really too bad. The staff talks about making treatments affordable and accessible but once they get you in, you find it's all a sham. If you like a bait and switch this is the place for you. I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

terrible experience, I was told I should get dysport (first time) had only had Botox in the past. only half of my forehead is tight and my frown lines are still there. I went back and Nina wouldn't give me a touch up claimed they wrinkles don't always go away and instead tried to make me think the little results were normal. other places I've gone to put enough on my frown lines to remove them. Do not waste your money. Go to a place with integrity. The nurse I had give me the wrong quote 3 times and then placed so much Botox on the middle of my forehead when our focus was my frown lines. They must really water down their product my wrinkles are already starting to show again mid forehead only 3 weeks later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE read more

A new fav! I first discovered Dermfx a few months ago when I realized I was in need of some temple filler after weight loss. Upon reading their reviews and going through their instagram, I decided to make an appointment with Nina. We did a syringe of Radiesse in my temples and I was elated with my results so when it was time for my dysport touch up, I booked with her again. At my neurotoxin appointment, I mentioned that I was considering doing half a syringe of lip filler in the future, however I had previously been recommended to do a full dissolve and refill elsewhere. Nina mentioned some risks that might come with doing a refill but ultimately said it was doable, so I booked an appointment with her a few weeks after. I am now about a week healed and soo happy with my results! While I had originally only wanted a half syringe, I was advised to do a full syringe of Restylane Kysse instead to see the results I wanted (which was on special as well!) I had told Nina that I was okay with whatever she was able to do to make my lips just look better than they did, and she more than delivered! She concealed the migration I'd been experiencing better than I could have imagined, my symmetry and lip shape are perfect, and I've been told how pretty my lips are by about 10 different people this weekend alone. My experience at Derm fx today was nothing but amazing. I went in today for lip filler, I was booked by a sweet girl named Araceli and she booked me with Nina. I was so nervous as it was my first time ever getting any work done but all I can say is Nina was amazing. She asked me what my goals were and what look I was trying to achieve. She also we very in depth with explaining step by step on what to expect and all the after care I need to do. Nina was gentle and so sweet as she did my procedure.
