The EoS was absolutely packed... so packed we had to park in what felt like an unofficial "hope your car survives" dirt lot on the edge of civilization!! Nothing says relaxing getaway like hiking in from the sand dunes to hit leg day. Inside is your classic EoS experience. Cinema room so you can do cardio while pretending you're productive at a movie. Shark tank because... intimidation builds character? Cryo lounge and recovery room for when you realize 3 hours was an aggressive choice. Plenty of machines and racks, so no excuses!! Sauna was massive, which was great, but it could've been a little hotter. I mean, we're literally in the desert..... so, how are we not sweating like rotisserie chickens in there??? But hey, it got the job done. We showed up, we lifted, and we felt great afer. Can't complain!!!

Coach Kurt has been awesome! He's consistently supportive, accommodates any challenges I face, and encouraging when I make progress. The improvements that I've experienced throughout the course of a year has been substantial. I've also enjoyed participating in a few of the combat sessions. While coordination, especially in the boxing segments, isn't my strong suit, I genuinely appreciate Coach Gail's patience and the time she takes to offer guidance and corrections.
