The place has the BEST deli sandwiches! My Grandma found this place and now every time she comes to visit she picks us up lunch! I am a mom of 4, with twin 3 year olds (the 6 month old isn't quite ready to give her review yet lol) who are very picky eaters and they LOVE the grilled cheese kids meal. My 12 year old loves their turkey sandwiches (my favorite too). My Grandpa had a salad the last time they came to visit and it looked delish and obviously was because I didn't even get a chance to try a bite! I highly recommend this place!!! This is the best place to get a sandwich in the Antelope Valley. It's a recent discovery for us and our household has been back around ten times. Every sandwich I've tried has been great. My favorites are the Phantom (italian meats) and the hot meatball. I tried the meatball with the extra toppings they offered (grilled peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives)... I'd never had one like that before. It was GREAT! Overall the quality of the meats is what puts this place over the edge. The service has always been friendly and prompt. I haven't tried their breakfast yet - that's next on the list! read more

Ended up working around the corner for a business trip. I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I ordered a custom built tuna sandwich and it was delicious. The tuna was made to order and they made a point of letting me know that it's not opened up and made until someone makes an order. Nothing makes me gag more than dry old tasting tuna. That's not a problem here. Great selection of meats as well so if I come back I'll definitley give that a try in the future. Great little spot! Excellent Boar's Head selection, nice/kind staff, a nice assortment of sides and beverages, just a great place to stop in and grab a bite. Your GPS may send you to the wrong address (Avenue K instead of Avenue K8). This place is worth hunting for! (We've notified the owners of this issue.) I had the Flying Fortress panini, which was freshly made-to-order, so there was no problem omitting the onions and mustard. DH had the Rio-Grande. We both agreed these are maybe the best sandwiches we've ever had. read more

Hubby found a coupon in the AV press so we decided to try it after work for a late lunch. Owner was friendly and after learning it was out first time there, she gave us a 10 sandwich punch card and receive one free as well as a few fliers to pass out. We ordered a pastrami and a roast beef sandwich with roasted peppers and spinach, they were both very good. This place is so delicious. The shops is a good size to sit and eat. The sandwich comes packed with all kinds of goodies. Sandwiches were great! I'd like to give more stars, these guys need help. It's a great lunch spot but they're busy and food takes awhile to come out. Can't go on a lunch break bc you might not be back to work on time. Maybe ordering ahead might help, but serious have 2 people make orders and one take them. Food is good though.
