I had to ask them to go over things three times, but they could not get it right. Cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dirty, they didn't get many stains off in the bathrooms. They were especially bad at cleaning the floors and wiping surfaces. On top of that, she gave me an attitude, when I asked to redo any area or showed my dirty towel after cleaning myself. I have to say they did spend a lot of time at the house, but results were way below my expectations.

This translates to excellent work and he isn't fast because of it. But he is very good, so it's ok. I ended up giving Mike a substantial tip, because he did such great work, and he was at my home much longer than I expected. I hired Mike to do windows and a lot more on a single house. I had him clean and wash the roof which had been covered with oak tree mulch for years. I had him power wash all exterior walls, and finally clean all windows and screens. In hindsight, I realize he does this for a living and bids jobs all the time. My point is that I doubt Mike under-bid my job, he just doesn't price gouge. He offers a fair price for excellent work. Finally, I cannot leave out mentioning that Mike is the kind of person who you can trust in your home. You will know what I mean right away when you meet him. He is hard working, professional appearing, a good communicator, sticks to his job and doesn't banter or make small talk. He just comes to do the job, and he will even call a couple days later to see if you noticed anything he may have missed. I'd hire Mike again for sure.
