The Bullfrog Spa was delivered six months after the purchased date. Delivery was smooth. Install was quick and professional. Staff from the Factory Store were helpful. We have had the spa for a little over two weeks now and we are happy with the purchase. It is working exactly as expected. We would totally recommend this spa with the caveat that delivery date needs to be clearly defined to set expectations.

I would also like to recognize Chris who has performed the warranty service work on our pool equipment and taken the extra time to show me how to make future repairs and maintenance. If you buy here, make sure you get clear accountability on who is responsible for installation behavior, escalation, and completion, because that part was unacceptable.
