This place has ridiculous good mango ice. It's perfect after a hike in Zion or just on a hot day, we went two days back to back. Briefly chatted with the owner and she was extremely nice. Honestly its the best mango ice cream I've had outside Italy and in the last place I expected to find it: Utah! What a gem. And they are opening a permanent location, looking forward to going back when I'm back at Zion.

Got a strawberry ice and it was so cute and perfect. A little pricey for how small it was but the flower shape was cute and the flavor was good. Service was fast and friendly! Plenty of seating outside of Zion outfitters to enjoy it. Perfect on a 100 degree day in Springdale!

After a long hike in the narrows, desert ice was the perfect treat. We got the large which allows you to have 2 flavors. They layered the 2 flavors and made it look like a rose. We got guava and lemon ice. Both were delicious. Best guava ice that I've had

The perfect treat to cool off after a fun day in the park. The staff was kind and the service was fast, all from a super cute truck. The ice had an ideal texture and the flavors were spot on--highly recommend mixing lemon and strawberry!

Delicious. Some of the best shaved ice I've ever had! Don't pass them up.

Delicious! Best shaved ice I think I've ever had. Don't pass it by! All flavors were so good.

Yummy almost sorbet type ice cream place. Their menu is simple and refreshing! We got the chocolate flavor, guava, mango, strawberry from the ice options and then we also added the vanilla ice cream option. The vanilla ice cream wasn't really an ice cream though (it does say dairy free) so that could be the reason it tasted a little like play doh (IMO). Regilar size was $5.25 I believe and large was $6.25, add $1 extra for ice cream. Overall was very refreshing and this beautiful Zion day.

I've lived in Philly for 20 years and water ice, or locally pronounced "wooder ice", is treated as an essential for our life, and a crucial part of the calendar from St Patrick's to Halloween. John's Water Ice in S Philly is my hands down favorite, but boy did this delicious recipe make me change my rankings You must go to Zion AND you must have this water ice. Otherwise, I'm sorry

Theeeeeeee best. Very friendly staff. Can't get enough of the view while you enjoy your shaved ice. We went back the next day before leaving Zion.

Plus, service is really friendly, parking is super easy, and prices are very reasonable! We tried the Bumbleberry Pie, Bumbleberry Turnover, Bumbleberry Pie Hole, and Bumbleberry Crunch ice cream. Everything was pretty good, besides the pie hole, which I thought had too high of a crust:filling ratio. You can order the pie either as a whole pie or a slice. It looked like it's a mix of blueberries and blackberries, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Super good. The ice cream was also delicious. They give color-changing spoons, which my kids loved. And the turnover was good even eating it the next morning. They also sell other goodies like fudge, popcorn (many flavors), and whole coffee beans. And the places to sit are so cute! They are connected to the gift shop, so it was easy to buy some ice cream and eat it while browsing the gift shop.

The workers were extremely friendly and the line moved really quickly. So many yummy flavors that it was hard to choose which one! There's a few cute ice cream themed tables/chairs to sit and eat your ice cream and the walls are filled with history of the building. It's also connected to a shop for perusing after your snack.

If you arrive after 4:00 PM, parking is free when you go inside and validate it. You'll need to use an app for the validation process. I was dining solo, so I sat at the bar. The bar area is fairly large and can probably accommodate around 10-20 people. They also have a wine cellar, which is a nice feature, and a great selection of Italian favorites. I also appreciated that they were willing to customize drinks. I ordered a mojito made with vodka instead of rum, and the service at the bar was excellent. As I looked around the restaurant, I noticed the serving team was attentive and timely. The entire restaurant was very clean, and there was great attention to detail throughout--not only with the food and presentation, but also behind the bar. The bartender was new, but she was very attentive and accommodating with the changes and requests I made. Watching the kitchen as well, it was clear there was a lot of care and preparation put into every dish. The food looked great, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was wonderful. I recommend reservations. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Once seated, their floor to ceiling windows highlighted Zions majestic peaks as the sun was going down and rain was coming in heavily. Everyone was pleasant, and our server, Tyler, was exceptional! He definitely showed genuine interest in all the tables he was serving, and remembered us by calling us by the name of the places we were from, definitely a unique experience. Tyler for MVP and management material! Now, let's get to the food! Between my husband and myself we shared everything. Tomato soup with Gruyère toast was the perfect portion size, hearty and not tangy or sour some it can sometimes be. Bruschetta was our favourite of the night. The heirloom tomatoes were a perfect choice for this minimal flavour-bomb. We don't usually order pepperoni pizza, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The bread on all counts was superb and recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Zion or lucky to be living nearby.
