No matter the drive time you gotta have your foody radar on this place. Five of us dining on Saturday night and three of us got the flat iron steak potato and veggies, One rib eye, and the Mushroom ravioli with Bolagnese sauce. The salads and the house dressing are amazement. Always check out the specials and the Soup of the day. Amazing Service flair care concern Smiles. Since 2010 approximately the Restaurant ha been dishing out tantalizing food, incredible Service . Amazing overall experience.

Chicken Marsala and Chicken Gorgonzola chicken pasta.

Delicious food in a cute "trattoria" style Italian restaurant! Friendly and efficient service and great choices. We had Chicken Marsala and Chicken Gorgonzola pasta. The bread comes with herbed butter. Try the chimichurri salad dressing if you like a bit of spice! Oh, and the food is just as good as another local small popular Italian restaurant, but without the mandatory "service charge" sneakily added to the bill!

Giving this one a 4/5 because my ribeye, mashed potatoes and vegetables were such a good choice and great combination. To preface this review, I am super passionate about Italian cuisine and enjoy cooking recipes from Italian chefs. I say this because of how underwhelmed we were by the bolognese. My wife ordered the gnocchi bolognese and it was sitting in a pool of oily bolognese. A let down for her, unfortunately. Gnocchis were nothing to write home about either. My wife's family is Italian, so their recipe is hard to beat. Going back to my dish, the steak was well seasoned, the char on it was perfect, the cook even more perfect as this was a thinner ribeye. Mashed potatoes tasted fresh, the Gorgonzola sauce on the steak was very good too. Our server was super friendly, but he did take his time coming by our table. Ambiance was fine. The restaurant got incredibly hot once more guests arrived and by the end of dinner, we were all sweating.

    Flat Iron Steak.

We love Cappelettis and chose it for our anniversary dinner. We had the bruschetta and flat iron steak. Absolutely melts in your mouth!

If you wanna get Italian food where the St. George locals do, Cappeletti's is the place to go! Tried this place for the first time my last visit and loved it! The owners were very kind. I got the pesto gnocchi, my boyfriend got the chicken Marsala and his mom got the flat iron steak. My gnocchi was amazing!! Ate the leftovers a day later and it was still super good. The steak comes with a yummy Gorgonzola sauce, one of the most popular items there. We also got the spinach and artichoke dip to start and all of the entrees came with a salad to start. Overall the food was great and the service was good. Nice little local Italian joint, definitely recommend!

Not much to praise about. Interior was ok. Felt like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with low budget for interior. And it was very warm inside. Not a very pleasant dining experience. The server was very slow to attend to our table. Something about him wasn't very genuine. Forgot one of our drinks. Then forgot to bring the bread he said he had put in the oven for us. I didn't bother to remind him as he rarely came by and I wanted to hurry up and get out. The food -- Caprese Brushcetta, Chicken Marsala, Meat Lasagna, and Fettucine Alfredo w/ chicken --- tasted all average even though they look pretty good. Nothing to write home about. Nothing you'd want to order again. And it was just too warm in there and the mediocre food just made things worse for me. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Average food and below average service.

My ONLY GRIPE was the service, it was hard to get a drink refill or anything that wasn't food. Food was well-seasoned and portions were perfect, not so much that you question your life choices, and not too little that you're left saying "bruh". The foods, spinach and artichoke dip, stuffed shells, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, blackened chicken carbonara, and tortellini with parm crusted chicken. Best bite was the blackened chicken carbonara, the heavily seasoned chicken breast with the creamy carbonara was the perfect mix. The spinach and artichoke dip was also pretty good, heavy handed on the garlic but tasty. Oh! The fresh free bread with the olive oil and balsamic on the table *might* fill you up before the meal, it was a good starter. The desserts tiramisu and crème brûlée, tiramisu was ok, quite boozy. And the crème brûlée was a little on the soft side but the brûlée topping was still nice and crackly. Overall, will be back for the food, I think I'm good on the desserts.

My service and food were excellent! I had the pear purse pockets, a favorite of mine that I have not seen on a menu in years. I was very excited to see them on this menu!! The chef came out and spoke to me which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. They only serve wine and beer. They have a nice selection of wines and I don't know about the beer choices because I don't normally drink beer. I would offer a suggestion for the music. Spend the extra money and have the commercial free streaming. The ambience was great until the commercial interrupted the mood. Also, get rid of the dead green plant and pot to the left of the fireplace; it's a terrible eyesore. Overall I will definitely be back for some more purse pockets!

Here's a man who knows his food and cares about his customers! We were visiting with friends whom we hadn't seen in a while and appreciated not being rushed. We started with wine and burrata, then shared escargot, and the cream of asparagus soup. I opted for the mushroom ravioli, which was very good. The sauce was rich, so I had plenty to take home and still be full. The Hubbs had the lamb special and it was cooked perfectly. We tried the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Very filling and plenty to share. Not only is the restaurant a beautiful setting, the presentations are next level. The plates are works of art and the food is picture-worthy. It was a wonderful experience.

I ordered a Manhattan, and lo and behold, I received some type of smoked old fashioned. When I asked for a new one, Dom, our waiter, said, "Sure, but you'll probably just get the same thing." That surprised me, and I was like, "Go talk to the bartender and see if they can make it." But Dom was pretty certain that, I'd get the same thing. So I ordered something else, and it came out fine.
