I wanted to enjoy Dulivia. My wife is Italian & loves bolognese. We are staying at the Springwood Suites in the same parking lot & Dulivia looks beautiful from the outside. I perused Yelp! & saw they have an elk bolognese. Wife wanted to try. I scanned the reviews...the majority opinion seemed to be that the physical space & the view are amazing...the food is good (not great), and the wait staff is lacking. Well, guess what, Yelp!: Yelp! knows what it's talking about. The restaurant itself is gorgeous: clean, luxurious, but not spartan or pretentious. We ordered a draft beer, a glass of wine, an appetizer of assorted Italian bread with olive oil & balsamic. My wife ordered the bolognese & I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo with meatballs. The waiter returned maybe 5 minutes later to let me know that they had to "burp" the keg. I wasn't in a hurry, so I told him to just bring my wife's wine & to bring the beer whenever it was handled. He brought the wine right away. My beer took maybe another 5min: no big deal - I had water & a lovely view to enjoy. Next...the entrees arrived. I asked the runner what happened to our appetizer? He asked what appetizer we had ordered...and returned with a cutting board with 6 slices of bread ($9!). No oil or balsamic. He scampered off as my question "isn't there supposed to be olive oil with this" hung in the air. Annoyed, we began eating our entrees. My wife said the bolognese was far from the best she'd had, but she enjoyed it. As for my Alfredo with meatballs - as chicken meatballs go, these were fine, with a little spicy kick...but were not moist at all. The fettuccini itself was very good - you could taste it despite the rich Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce was above average, but there wasn't nearly enough on the pasta. If I had to guess, it sat under a heat lamp for a few minutes & the fresh fettuccini had absorbed too much of the sauce. The waiter came to check on us. I commented that the bread didn't come as an appetizer...and that I had to ask the runner for it...and that we still didn't have the oil & vinegar to go with it. He seemed crestfallen & said he was going to speak to the manager (or maybe he said owner...not positive). He came back with oil & vinegar. Then a blonde lady with an affected way of speaking came to discuss the Bread Situation. We related what had happened & she apologized. We had a scoop of key lime gelato for dessert - the best tasting thing we had. When the check came, the waiter said "the bread has been taken off your bill...sorry again for that." My wife scanned the bill & replied "no...it's still on here." The waiter took a gander...rolled his eyes...and went to speak with the blonde. He returned & said "I apologize...she says she isn't removing it from your bill. I feel horrible...if you want, I'll pay for the bread." Of course we didn't accept. We settled the bill & left. The decent food just was not worth the lackluster service & prices. Should'a grabbed a pizza & eaten it outside. Live & learn.

The best thing about the place was our server Lesley. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of life. She really knew how to promote the items on the menu. And knew about each and every one . The arancini balls were excellent as well as our entrées. The tiramisu was really good. I don't think you could go wrong in this place. The wine prices are very reasonable compared to Park city. Please give Lesley a raise!

Nice and clean Italian place in Zion. Service was amazing and food was delicious. Spicy crab squid ink pasta bucatini was cooked perfectly, with huge chunks of crab. It was great! Elk bolognese- didn't have the gamey taste from gamey and loved how saucy it was. Also great ! Chocolate cake was huuge. It was decadent and rich. The fresh berries complemented well with the dessert

This was a fantastic impromptu dinner after a long day of hiking and the place we planned to eat was closed - what fortune! We didn't have a reservation but were happy to wait. Once seated, their floor to ceiling windows highlighted Zions majestic peaks as the sun was going down and rain was coming in heavily. Everyone was pleasant, and our server, Tyler, was exceptional! He definitely showed genuine interest in all the tables he was serving, and remembered us by calling us by the name of the places we were from, definitely a unique experience. Tyler for MVP and management material! Now, let's get to the food! Between my husband and myself we shared everything. Tomato soup with Gruyère toast was the perfect portion size, hearty and not tangy or sour some it can sometimes be. Bruschetta was our favourite of the night. The heirloom tomatoes were a perfect choice for this minimal flavour-bomb. We don't usually order pepperoni pizza, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The bread on all counts was superb and recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Zion or lucky to be living nearby.

An amazing dinner! The view and outdoor seating was spectacular! The weather was perfect for outdoor dining! The service was great! JT was so personable! We weren't real hungry but after his presentation we ordered two amazing meals. We started with a half order of assorted bread. Each of the breads were fresh and had great flavor. We had the special which was the double cut pork chop and elk bolognese. The double cut port chop was the best I have ever had! It was cooked perfectly and topped with fresh garlic, shallots and sage. It was served with perfectly cooked asparagus with an order of GRIT cakes. Absolutely delicious! The elk Bolognese was a great portion and had great flavor! Lots of meat sauce! Highly recommend this restaurant! The service, the view and the food were all amazing!

Oh, my goodness: As we told our server, Nina: She is a Ten-a! We had made our reservation and were seated right away - outside on the patio. Everything about the evening was perfect - from our welcome to our exit, the pace of dinner and the friendliness of everyone was spot on a perfect dining experience! We remember the wine steward from previous visits a couple of years ago - and his recommendations were spot on.

Dulivia was great! Annie my server was really nice and attentive. The food was delicious and loved the mix of art in the restaurant with a beautiful view. I gad the salmon and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The taste was perfect!

Great Italian, had the seafood linguine and Caesar salad. It was probably some of the best Italian I have had in awhile. I highly recommend it. Sat the bar and had a great time talking to Hannah Carlos great vibe.

What a great. Great, no really great food. Impeccable service from a professional staff. We sat outside and enjoyed the super ambiance. Too bad we are just passing through. This would be my go to place for fine dining.

There is indoor and outdoor seating but definitely try to eat outside. The view is so beautiful. The menu was pretty varied from tacos, sandwiches, burgers and meats. The drink menu was good too with lots of different draft beers and cocktails. We had the crispy Brussel sprouts -so good! The beer battered shrimp tacos on corn tortilla was really good and came with chips. Do try the "dirty soda"--vanilla root beer, coconut cream and lime. Loved it. The staff was super nice and even accommodated my request for no added salt. Definitely recommending this place!

The fried pickles were also fantastic, especially with the great ranch dip. However, the Mission Salad was just ok. We actually had to reorder it because they initially forgot to add the roasted corn and black beans. If a server had been available, this could have been addressed immediately. Instead, I had to go up to the counter, wait for someone, and then let them know about the order issue. Even after it was remade, there was simply too much lettuce, and for the price, it really isn't worth it. Service-wise, I was frustrated by having to tip before even being served. Additionally, the staff never checked on us during our meal to see if everything was good or to refill our water. I'm torn between a 3-star and a 4-star review because service means everything, especially in this day and age where everything is outrageously expensive.

We asked for an inside table for A/C and waited an extra 15 mins to sit inside. Otherwise, a table was ready outside. The fly deterrent fan propellers were definitely needed and appreciated for the fly issue in the patio. Our waiter, Jaylin (sp?), was excellent. He brought us water right away. Took our drink and food order quickly and was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered way too much food but it was fine for leftovers. The kids fettuccine with marinara sauce was good. Pepperoni and combo pizzas were ok. The crust was super crunchy. We parked in the back of the building. It could get packed during peak hours. Not sure if I would return. We are still looking for THE pizza spot in Zion.
