Ashtyn, the manager is Juno's 2nd favorite human next to me! Whenever Juno has any issues with other dogs, I receive a phone call directly to let me know. If I have any concerns, Ashtyn is so responsive in addressing my issues. My dog helped get me through the death of my husband and she means everything to me. I trust her with very few humans but I completely trust everyone at Camp Bow Wow. They just have a special way of treating every dog like their own. Looking for a place that will care for your dog? Short version: Excellent, would use again!…read more Long version: I have never used pet boarding before, I was always able to rope a family member into taking care of our dog. This time, though, we have a rambunctious 5 mo. old puppy who is just too much for my mother-in-law. I did some research and found Heartstrings on Yelp with great reviews. I took a tour of the facility and was very pleased with the cleanliness and the staff. I liked the fact that the boarded dogs were given time in the play yard (supervised) every day and that they posted the dog pictures on Facebook. Our rambunctious puppy is also very fearful and nervous around new people and situations. I was worried how she would do. I called the resort a couple days into her stay and they said she was shy at first but had started to come out of her shell and was enjoying her time with the other dogs. One thing I really appreciate is they understood that our pup was shy and they worked to put her with other dogs who were well suited for her temperament so she didn't get traumatized by the other dogs. I would definitely use Heartstrings again for boarding and we will also be using their daycare services as well.

Kathy took exceptional care of my cats Bo and Snowball last year while I was out of state for a…read moremonth. Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.

I have to say that Gilbert dogs 24/7 was wonderful. They were able to get our little miniature schnauzer cairn Terrier in within a few days, the prices were very reasonable, and they did a great job. Everybody was appropriate Lee mask and social distance thing.They did a wonderful job cutting him down, recommended an appropriate length given the heat, and did a left his eyebrows and beard a little longer - just the way we like it.
