She even gave some pointers that would help Lucy through being home alone during my time away. But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍
