****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

This is a great crew of guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on which product to go with and what tint level to select. My truck came out great and they knocked it out quick on a Saturday morning. I've already recommended them to a friend who will be using them in them in the near future. Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. Contacted Woodall Auto sports and spoke to Eric and his nephew they were both great guys with great customer service. Explained what happened and showed them the replacement deck. I walked in and asked "is Mike here today"? He responded "he is here today...just not right now". He had a smug attitude and at first I just thought he just wasn't good at being funny. Then when I took him out to show him what I needed and an issue I was having, he said I was doing something wrong. Again maybe I was but his smug attitude showed through again. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for an install of my toolbox that I was told would take 20 to 30 minutes I approached James and asked if everything was going okay with the install. The reason I asked is because the first tool box ordered didn't fit. He again had an attitude when telling me they were working on it. When told him that I only asked because of how long it was taking his reply was simply "ok" and he walked off to help someone else. Not a "I'm sorry" or we are doing this or that, just a dismissive "ok". If you can only treat your customers good and not all customers of your business then James should find another job. On the bright side, Mike is great, their products are great and their prices are great. Just make sure to ask for Mike when you go see them. If I had to deal with James anytime I came in I would choose another business. Update: I watched him deal with an elderly lady (after 2 hours...still there). He was dismissive to her as well. I let him know I was only looking to get it fixed and not replaced. My front bumper had detached from the vehicle. He gave me the price of $250 and I agreed. Instead of waiting in the lobby for the repairs to be done he asked his employee Eli to give me a ride home. From 9 am to pick up at 11:30 am by Eli that was very nice of them and service was fast. When I returned Atnan took me to my vehicle and explained everything that was completed by Alejandro. My vehicle looked good and I'm very happy with the overall customer service and repair by all three gentlemen. I definitely recommend American Elite Auto Body!!!

I had an issue with my 4runner bumper and fender not aligning well that resulted from having an…read moreaftermarket bumper installed by another shop that didn't do a great job. There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. Next time I have a need for any body work or if anyone asks me of a good body shop, I'll be referring them to these guys. Pics attached of the original issue.
