This place is a comedy of errors. I originally called in October to get clarification on packages. Was going to a trip in two weeks to the beach and didn't want to go without looking like I'd been there all along. I was going to pay for 10 tans or something of that nature, the person I spoke to on the phone was good at sales in the sense she asked questions to find out my goal etc vs hard selling (that's the worst) Said she's take $20 off a full month and I mentioned there was already a coupon online for $20 off. She threw in a week. I said I didn't want to do this all the time just for events. She said if I paid for a platinum month I could freeze it once. I did that because I had an event to go to in January so I'd use the last 2 weeks before that event. I paid over the phone so she got the sale. Before the first trip I start to ask to freeze it and was told I couldn't since it wasn't an ongoing monthly. I explained the woman on the phone said I could and she pulled up my account. She was the one I spoke to! Made this huge deal about freezing the account blah blah. I go to pick up when I left off and am told it was BS. Still have the free week. I use it. Meanwhile every single person during that week tried to sell me. Finally I asked if someone could make a note in the account that I'm in sales also and this wasn't how I buy. Before January event rolls around I got burned on my hands in an accident and tanning wouldn't be a good idea. So I look into there odorless spray tan. I tried so hard not to picture Ross from friends and went and got set up to try it. Had free spray tan online took advantage and bought 2 more. The front desk person asked what level I wanted I explained I had no clue but wanted it to be natural and was worried about looking like Ross. Whatever she picked had great results. Went in yesterday and had to stand there for a long enough time to read 2 articles on Slate while the front desk chick seemed like she was furiously typing. That was annoying to me because I can understand being asked to wait if she was on the phone or talking with someone else. I can't imagine why typing took rank over a live person in front of her. FINALLY! I was acknowledged and asked what I was there for. I say spray tan. She says what level. I said this is my second time IDK what I did last time but it was perfect. She says 3 bronze. Ok you're the one with the knowledge. As I'm getting ready I hear another customer say her beds not working and the chick disputes it and says you pushed pause. This back and forth goes on until she says "I'll grab a robe for you I need to look" Not sure how it ended but I'm thinking she's a bit rude at this point. I went in around 11:30 yesterday morning. I am now Donald Trump orange. 2001 Paris Hilton orange. Halo mandarin orange. I'm trying to figure out if I did all the same stuff before I went in and I got the same "level" then why do I look like I am an escaped umpaloopa for the chocolate factory? No point in complaining, they're just going to try to sell more shit. This was not how my trip to Vegas was supposed to begin. 2 stars for the 2 interactions there that didn't leave me shaking my head. Negative 2 stars for managements approach to sales training and lack of insight for hiring. As to the odorless spray tan? Kick rocks for the blatant lies. They only have one premium bed that is usually being used. No answers at the front desk and even more confusion at the corporate offices! I love this location so much. I have not tanned since I got married, but I have a Florida trip coming so I want to look my best. Things have changed and new things are available not just tanning. Shelby at the Milton location was so helpful picking out my package that would work the best for me and had great recommendations for lotions. This is by far the WORST Desert Sun location I have been to & I had a lot of issues on my account happen when I went tanning here... The staff was not friendly, the rooms were usually dirty. I haven't been here in the last 3 mos or so just forgot to put my review! I have dealt with a guy that was extremely rude & seemed as if he was bothered to be helping me.. I've been going here for a couple of weeks and the ladies are super nice but I'm not sure they know what they're talking about, I ordered a lotion on Monday and was told it would be in "in a couple of days" only to find out they don't even get shipments until Fridays. If I hadn't called to ask, I would have driven 20 minutes out of my way just to find out it wasn't in-store. 5 days for a lotion? Yikes! Should have gone elsewhere. This is a nice location with short waits for mystic spray tan. There's a limited selection of scents (I like warm vanilla), but the people are nice and it gets the job done. Like other locations with mystic machines, watch out for the puddles it leaves at the bottom which will really stain the bottom of your feet if you don't put on extra blocking lotion. read more

This site used to be my go to salon until I was told the wrong information in March about a package, was treated horribly by a young man that works there and ignored by management when I asked for a refund. I will never go back there. When you lie to sell a product and then are treated horribly when your money is not returned, you loose my business. Horrible experiences at this location! I have swore never to go back, but have about 3 times and they continue to disappoint. The girls at the front will sell you a package and claim the tans never expire, but after tanning for years I asked about 3 times if that was really true. After 3 people confirming this for me I reluctantly purchased tans. Later to find out when I went to use them they magically expired. At one point a girl from a visiting location looked at my account and told me I had lost 55+ medium level tans and 15+ supers. After complaining they always said they would add them back to my account, but after months of waiting that never happened. Total scam of a location! read more

Nothing but account issues at this location! I was misled into purchasing an upgrade without being informed there was still a monthly fee in addition to the upgrade fee. The manager was rude, arrogant and provided Zero customer service to a loyal customer. He specifically stated bad reviews on social media does not hurt him in the least! Store staff is nice but ill-informed and under trained. They will constantly try to get you to upgrade due to "specials" but can never explain to you how the upgrades work or the fees that will apply. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location despite the fact that every time I'm in the store they complain about how slow it is or are taking selfies. Cant cancel membership unless you go into the store even if you move out of state. Customer service doesn't help- they just recite policies to you that you were never informed of and insist that you signed the terms and conditions that you never signed- because once again staff is poorly trained. read more
