She took the time to explain everything and steered me away from services I wouldn't need and even recommended more cost-effective options where necessary! Simply an awesome experience! We live near the Kent east hill location location but unfortunately they open late and close early. So we started driving down the hill just to use the sauna pods. After 30 mins of me sitting watching them allow others to tan that just walked in. I asked how long it would be Abby was very rude to me and said other appointments walked in. I asked why she quoted me 10 mins and didn't inform me of that while I was waiting. I asked for a refund Abby then claimed they have no refunds. I asked for the managers information and she refused. I will be calling every day until I reach a manager and get a refund. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.
